25 1 pump burpees, 25 4 count jumping jacks, 25 leg raises
25 2 pump burpees, 25 4 count flutter kicks, 25 squats
25 3 pump burpees, 25 lunges each leg, 25 4 count mountain climbers
25 4 pump burpees, 25 4 count hello dollies, 25 star jumps
After 2 weeks ive just completed the entire set . Took me 1 hr and 9 mins . Thank you iron wolf.
keep going man!! you can do it. i did iron wolf long card and the first time i actually finished it was 63 minutes. i got it down to 47 after months at it.

I just tried this, it was my first attempt at doing an Iron Wolf workout. Took me 57 minutes. I am amazed that I actually finished it.
I planned to do something else this morning but then this video popped up & had to do it. Excellent workout. I am still working on getting through all of CVP2 also.

I was struggling with the Navy seals for awhile and then I realized it was because I was trying to blow through them as fast as possible. Once I slowed down and focused on doing the movements correctly and controlled my breathing I was able to do twice as many.
This an intense workout! Can I ask why you hit your stomach before touching your toes during the burpees? Is it meant keep aware of keeping your core tight during the exercise? Thanks.

Did this everyday for 5 days, plus 2 hours biking. Performance dropped hard from day to day, as fatigue accumulated, but today I finally pulled through without stopping the video once. I love the pace of this. Most of your other stuff is too fast for me.
Yes the perfect workout here does exist! I get up extra early knowing I'm gonna do your workouts. On 4 pumps, had to jump to hello dollies after 14 burpees, then finish the 11, then star jacks, my upper body strength is getting better than it ever was with these marine workouts I never thought I'd be able to do or get addicted to!

You gave me the advice to do a blood test because of my slow recovery. Thank You! Had no Zinc No Testosterone no Biotin and B-Vitamines. Probably because of the intestinal inflamation due to my pancreatic insufficiency. Maybe covid or stress from my foreign assignment 🤷

I've had six heart surgeries all together. I haven't been able to exercise for years. I got myself healed with plant medicine, fixed what the doctors have fucked up. Yesterday I finally made it through this whole workout. Felt pretty good.

Great workout, I was wondering if I could start with doing 1 round each day? For example 25 1 pumps on Monday, 25 2 pumps on Tuesday, 25 3 pumps on Wednesday and so on. Maybe you could create some more for the rest of the week?
Lets go! Doing this tomorrow, sub in some CAL air bike work, maybe more rounds! FYI I hit my back just a few sets of pullups or rows (either inverted rows or barbell rows).

It could be. Your blood pressure is rising and you might also be holding your breath. Breath easy at every exertion.
If you have opportunity to swim before routines like this one or similar, go for it,you will be warned up and work out is going to be fluid

Ive only ever done weight training. I did burpees for the first time and it killed me. Do u gain muscle from this type of workout?

when you get tired and want to quit...think of the pack. we're all working. we're all in it together. i work alone, but i know out there on this planet others are sucking it up and working their asses off. it keeps me going. respect to all who are putting their time in..beginners or experts.

Why not just add the jumping jacks into the burpees and do a jack att he too of the burpee or just do a squat jump when coming up? Also you get plenty of core stimulation in the burpees and pushup itself.
I woukd say the only thing the burpee diesnt hit or fant be made ro hit effectively is the lower back and a pull like a chin up. Outside of that the buroee does it or fan be adhljusted in some way yo hit it.
