After watching a few of these vids, I woke up today, blasted some gansta rap and busted out 200 bad boys prison style in my garage while my kids played in the drive. My wife asked whats up with those marks on ya ribs, I said that's were I have to hit myself before the burpee. Respect from Australia to both of you and your missing burpee bruv.
I’ve done this workout 4 times now. First two times had to stop after every 25. Then I was doing them by 50s. Tonight I kept up to the end. Thank you for the motivation brother! Loyalty to the burpees!
It’s tough to believe that I’ve been following you guys since March of last year. And now, after a few fat months of not doing any exercise, I just picked back up last week and crushed 200 to this video. This is definitely my go to video. Love this workout bro! You and @burpeesking are killing it
1st day today... Been building up with some of your other vids, but this length of time was just right. Improved my technic and was managing to get a jump up rather than just a stand up. Good to watch and learn!

Did 25 navy seals with 2 squat chaser for 5 rounds in 43 mins I was blowing out my ass body weight training is the best of both fitness and strength 💪💪💪
