    240 burpees this morning big up!
    Advanced and throwback burpees, normal burpees, burpee squats, spiderman burpee, navy seal, burpee in 5's, press up burpee hahahaha all in 30s for every burpee number I did the same amount of squats till 30 ...

    Done it this morning ...
    100 advance burpee 2 pumps,
    100 2pump squats
    100 advance burpee navy seals, 100 normal burpees
    100 brown eagles
    (squat thrust 3 kick outs)
    Had to have 20sec to minute breaks when I got to 300 ..
    400 .. soon get it fluent but got I through it. Thanks Guys. 💯💰

      @@IronWolf84 whole body aching 😂 now I gotta hit this again sometime. What would you recommend, how often should I hit the 500 workout? 240 is like standard now with 200 squat thrust at the end in sets of 20, maybe 100 squats after.
      This workout is really decieving cause it works and strengthens muscle fibres. Inner strength is whats up! Dieting helps show definition, but deffo not looking for bulk cause I run 5miles occasionally. Havent been gym in a month and a half and this is keeping me in shape.

      @@IronWolf84 proper inspiration g, its 7.30pm in uk right now, will do a 5mile run in morning, then 200 press ups and squats. Later in afternoon will deffo get on this.
      If not I'll skip the run and try these early doors. Was thinking to replace 1pump or 2pump with squats instead try get that overall work in. Proper sick. Been feeling strong all over doing them in 30's so far to 240, time to up it. Big up Moses too! Where I actually found you guys. Hold tight burpee king also! Dunknw ✊🏿💯

      ParTVWorldwide you can add squats to 2 pumps, usually I’ll do the same amount of sucks as I do the pumps. Hope you feel better and continue training. Thanks for watching my channel brother

    Hi wolf, i have a question i’m hoping you can help with, might be a stupid question. can you explain the form you are using in this video for the burpee, compared to the form you use in other videos? in this one it looks like you hit your stomach, touch your toes, bend down/raise hands, then drop to push up. in others you don’t hit your stomach and skip the toe touch and hand raising thing, which is how i usually do burpees. so why do you hit your stomach? what’s the deal with touching your toes and bending down and raising your hands? should we all be doing burpees like this? thanks!

      It’s just a different style of doing burpees, when you go down and touch your toes, it’s called a rocking chair and works your legs also. Try it out and see if it works for you

    how often can someone do a routine like this a week?. I feel like everytime I do a good Burpee workout my triceps are fried for damn near a week.

      Philipp H. Start working on negatives, jump and get your chin over the bar and slowly lower yourself down. You can also work on bodyweight rows to active the same muscles used during a pull-up and lastly work on jumping pull-ups.

    Hey Iron Wolf, i'm a beginner and I'm going to start burpees. I was wondering how many days a week i should start doing burpees? Should i do them everyday, or just every other day, or maybe 5-6 days a week? Whats a good beginning program? Thanks, and hopefully i can work my way up to your level.

      Bob aka Fishii as a beginner I would recommend you start slowly and build up your volume gradually over time. Your tendons and ligaments have to get used to the pressure and grind of the burpee. Start doing 50-100 burpees every other day and ensure you warm up before and stretch after. The goal is to train as much as possible without being so sore that it becomes counterproductive to what you are trying to achieve. Once you get comfortable with the burpees, add 10% volume to your workout and continue doing it every other day.
