In this episode, we'll delve into the fascinating fermentation process, its knack for neutralizing lectins, and the plethora of health perks it can offer you.
While we're on the subject, I'm also discussing kimchi! Originating from Korea and cherished for centuries, kimchi boasts a medley of fermented veggies like cabbage, radish, scallions, or cucumber. Not only is it mouthwateringly delicious, but it's also a boon for gut health.
Discover how these fermented marvels can supercharge your immune system, enhance skin radiance, and promote metabolic well-being. And of course, I'll spill the beans on how to sidestep bloating and gas once you embark on your fermented foods journey. Tune in for all the details!

Sometimes I simmer it with onions and olive oil. It tasted delicious! Am I killing its benefits?
