So ..no left handed discs ? That could be a problem when doing the other side of the part to be prepared.
I've always found that a Q-tip cut in half and chucked into my drill works really well for taking my carburetor polishing to the next level. Great value too, since I get 2 polishing tips out of every swab.
Do we have to buy our own sparks, or will there be a bag of them sent with the discs?
Can you recommend a good surface conditioner to use with these disks, i used some of my wifes facial surface conditioner but the results were rough to say the least, at least on alloy
That handdrill right there serms to be pretty powerfull, have you put it on the dyno? And if so how many horsepower/tource
Glad to see you are back! Are the disks ambidextrous? I am a left hander and sometimes have difficulty using products that are only made for right handed drills.
Are the pads metric?
I'm working on a project and rather than a sleek polished look I would prefer an aged rustic finish with a little surface rust, would running the drill in reverse achieve this?
Are these any good at sharpening diamond tip drill bits?
The sparks these throw off look dangerous; may need a few more sets of goggles. Great vid as always.
My brother is rebuilding a 1972 Yamaha RD350 and these would be perfect for him to finish polishing the motor parts! We've been fans a long time! Keep up the badass work!
Here in the U.K. We have anti clockwise green disks for removing rust on the left side of parts.
Do they come with sparklers pre-installed?
Ichiban quickly became one of my favorite channels when I discovered it. Now I'm not sure what to think.
random drawing will be on Oct 2 2017
Will these work for both ID and OD cylinder honing operations?
Do these come metric , SAE or IIS (ichiban industrial standard) ?
But what if you have a right hand operated drilling machine (i e making that circle motion with your right hand)? Would you need to make any adjustments, or would you perhaps spin the rotating handle in the other direction to obtain an equal result?
Hey, they look like they would clean the rust off the inside of my fuel tank, do they supply with a extra long flexi type R mount?
