Not gonna lie, the title made me laugh. Love watching this build Sarah. You do amazing work.
Thanks for the video!
James Bond quote collar matches the cuffs “
Your patience, and attention to detail, continues to blow my mind.
You have this awesome combination of skill, humor, looks, production quality, and a very endearing slight awkwardness on-camera that's just super neat. You've definitely earned a sub. And mad respect to you for all the work you're putting in to restore this Bug and your gram's Ranger before that.
oh and the best...really skilled
Helping the ants, such a cool thing to do!
couldn’t said it better
@@jody024 Yeah, that was kind.
Carpet matching drapes? What if you have vinyl
The "snake dog" is now what a transmission tunnel is officially called.
Sarah continues to amaze and entertain, coming up to 500,000 subscribers, an achievement well deserved 👍😊🇦🇺
Go to bed Sarah, it must be very early in usa
Got my Ragnar shirt.
Thank you Sarah!
Loving the build.
Love the build. But I truly appreciate Sarah's sense of humor!
Gotta say for the amount of effort skill and creativity, Sarah should have way over a million subscribers
The carpet matches the drapes... I would expect nothing less from Sara.
Yeah but does it

This episode has audience participation: Constant screaming of "Don't hit your head!"
Great job Sarah!
I mean, you always knock it out of the park with your attention to detail and car builds, but adding Fallout references sends it to the moon! Thanks for your videos, you rock!
Hey Sarah... Saw in one of Vice Grip Garage's videos how they solved the hole location issue with bolts through the carpet. Basically a soft locate with something pointy, then make pointy thing hot and melt/push through. No fraying, perfect sizing.
Can also use an old/junk/cheap/crappy soldering iron.
I immediately thought the same thing. Just do what Derek does with a torch and a punch.
When pushing around the Beetle with your legs in engine compartment, you need to say Yabba-Dabba Doo!
You are my favorite automotive content producer on CZcams so I proudly wear my Ragnar T-shirt I received yesterday.
Sniffing glue will make you very light headed but you did an awesome job on the Drapes along with the Brazilian and match the Carpets. Also we love your quirky and cheeky sense of humor its like the sound of your Audi every three days perfectly timed and always love to hear it thank you
Not cheesy at all - just quirky, FUN and lighthearted. I appreciate that quality in you (as a fellow quirky goofball). Keep on being you - it is the thing you do best in the world! Cheers 🙃
At one point you asked why folks watched your videos. I just realized my answer is that you're as obsessed with what you're doing as I have been. Nice work!
You are by far my favorite car CZcamsr. Your projects are all interesting, I love your jokes and how much joy they clearly bring you, and you post so regularly that it means I never really have to wait for new content. Always makes me smile whenever you manage to fit "The Final Countdown" variation into a video. In this video, we got both a "Brazilian" joke, AND one about the carpet matching the drapes. Your sense of humor aligns with mine quite nicely. AND a Fallout reference too? Thank you for being so good at your job.
Headliners were white from the factory in my experience. Family started buying bugs in 59. I've owned a 62 rag top, 63, 67, 70 with a 2180, 71 Super Beetle, and a 74 convertible. I'd like to build one more but health may not allow.
You are doing an amazing job on Ragnar...and I love my shirt. You have the best auto related show. Keep it up, stay safe and get the glue out of your hair. It affected you singing.
Agreed. That's how my '69 and '74 came from the factory - yeah, I'm that old.
Correct - all beetle headliners were white from the factory. Black is aftermarket only and makes the interior looks much smaller and dark.
"Catpet match the drapes" ! 🤣🤣 "Side Pieces"! 🤣🤣 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
From the title to the Final Countdown to the snake dog I've had another great time with you Sarah. Keep 'em comin'!
Thank you Sarah for really chearing me up. One of the best ones yet and can't wait for mr2 videos.
After watching all that work, I feel like lying down to rest.
You totally Flintstoned that bug when you were moving it lol. Looking awesome, keep up the good work!
I am amazed how much effort you put into this. this vw will end up being the best restore ever.
Heat gun will relax those headliner wrinkles. Be careful not to melt.
When you are happy your viewers are happy😅
You do such a awesome job when your working on the BUG you put a lot of effort in what you do and it shows because it turns out great.
Great effort Sarah on that interior! Fantastic job looks great! 👍😎🏴🇬🇧

The interior of any vehicle is difficult at best and a skill, yes skill that is hard to master.
People just don't realize the amount of skill and hands on practice it requires to do it right.
I for one have not been able to master interior work, get it right and it looks great, get it wrong and it stands out.
You have more guts than I do and it looks pretty good.
You're amazing Sarah with all the hard work that you do ❤ I'm looking forward to seeing your vision come fully alive.
Great job Sarah! Treat yourself to a nice vacation after the Ragnar rebuild 😉👍
This Beetle is looking incredibly nice.
Most creative way to move Ragnar while making "beetle noises". Squish Squish. HAHAHAHAA!!!
You're talented no bullshit girl, nice work Sarah.
There is a large round hole in the door for a speaker. There should be another pair in the back dash. I think 6" round speakers? It's a bug, they were not known for theater-quality sound. lol
Somebody else has probably already said this, but the original color of the headliner would have been white. The black looks fine though.
Speaking of Matching, guess the tune:
🎵 "Your red scarf matches your eyes and..." 🎶
Gotta be a certain vintage to pull this out of your head. No googling or anything elseing!
The bug noises joke just killed me. 🤣
White with an all black interior looks soooo good! 👍
Great work! Changing the headliner is such a disgusting work, I did that once on my old beetle and will never do that again 🤣
Rock on! Sabbath Bloody Sabbath! 1973 classic.
Sarah,
Another fantastic performance! An excellent pre-prandial treat. For reasons unknown to me, I really noticed the background music; every bit of tune fit the action perfectly. Video editing, chalk up another talent that Sarah displays for the admiring audience.
Keep the aspidistra flying! ❤
Paul
Loving the Flintstone propulsion 😂😂
one day some day , we shall see what we are wating on to see,a glimpse only ,will suffice
Great work on the head liner!! They are tricky:) A piece of rubber can be used to rub off the excess glue ;)
"I don't even know why I painted down there". I do know. To protect the metal so wont rust in hidden corners 🙂
SPACE NUN!!!
Was watching another beetle build and made a comment " Your bugs nice, but it's no Ragnar!" They probably think i'm nuts lol.
You’re so brave to confront that level of toxicity. 👍🏻
I’m with you on the foam for the roof. I would’ve done that. I was actually expecting you to rip everything out to put the foam. 😉
Regardless, it’s coming out fantastic! 👏🏻😎
Been awhile since we’ve seen Mr Dos. 👏🏻
Got the merch today... 10 out of 10 would recommend!! I would also like to note, the voice over works effective and informative. Great job Sarah!
Sarah you are incredibly brilliant, talented, patient and if I may say, beautiful. I can’t wait to see your beetle complete. Thank you:))
Looks like a beautiful hot mess when your high from glue lol.
😂😂
Thank you Sarah!
I didn't learn anything from your video but that is a awesome black sabbath t-shirt. 🤘
The Fallout/Rad comment… chef’s kiss.
I've worked with that glue way more than I probably should have..your Fall Out reference was spot on..I could hear the Geiger counter noise as you were gluing 😅
LOVE the fact that thay MATCH THE DRAPES!!!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!!!
Thanks for the update. Love the headliner, great job.
Awesome.
Gotta love Ragnar!
I really admire your dedication and enthusiasm.
If you leave the headliner out flat in the hot sun it’ll become much more stretchy you don’t actually want it to stick to the sides you want it pulled tight most headliners look loose though but if you want it to be stretched tight put it out in the sun and don’t try and get it to stick to the sides of the roof on the inside
Fantastic job. Very well done, girl. Love your humor and your work. Glad to see you take care of yourself.
Thank you, Sarah. 👍
Your attention to detail is just one of the reasons i am subscribed to your channel!
Sarah your confidence working on the bug is totally amazing and excellant work.
You ARE on fire! Amazing work Sarah! :)
You are already on fire! Thanks for the updates
So fun to watch. Thank you Sarah. 🐧
When you described using the masking tape to remove oversprayed glue as "like getting a Brazilian" I spat my coffee all over my screen from laughing so much.....
You are doing a great job on that car.
Awesome unfiltered commentary!!! The wit of Master.
Full of awesomeness, as usual! Can't wait for 500k!
You give good content. Thanks again and again Sarah.
You are, so Awesome! I really appreciate you Sarah!
@0:40 Now that reminds me of the Flintstones !!!
It looks like tremendous amount of work.
Wow. Earliest I have ever caught a video drop. Thanks for everything Miss Sarah. Hope you have a wonderful weekend.
Great work on the appolstere and the carpet it looks perfect 👍👍
Nicely done
Just like a brazilian, only without the screaming 😎
Great work, Sarah! Enjoyable and informative as always! 👏
Loving this restoration! Got my shirts, they are super nice quality!
Thanks for sharing this journey on the VW Bug. You are a very hard worker, and it is admirable seeing you put your heart in every project and want it perfect, and clean. Your silly sayings and quips make the viewing of your videos entertaining. Appreciate all you do.
Awesome work! Looks amazing!
Great another Sarah Beetle update. 👍
You amaze me with all that work!
Great job on the interior, you did really good with the vinyl.
Aggressive project. Fearless. Respect. Cheers.
Thank you for the new video.
Kept watching for bandaids. Lots of detailed razor blade work. Well done.
Bro this is genuinely my favorite CZcams series ever istg your so cool😭❤️
You are super fit. The way you move in that car, shows your passion.
Headliner & carpet job look great. Ragnar is coming along fine.
To get properly placed holes in the carpet heat a screwdriver up with a torch and push it through. It'll melt the fibers and wont come apart in the future
I am so looking forward to driving this when it's done!!
You had me at " I have an MR2 video coming up"😍
I love your sense of humour. 👍😁
I now have seen auto carpet installation as very visually appealing ! 😘💝👍
Congratulations
I love those old beetles. You did an awesome job.
I think you're cool as hell I am 55 and love to see Yung people do want you do you rock kid
