they do it most years its because they just dont get tested enough where a chemistry starts to appear that really helps during those backs against the walls moments.
like even when they lose in the league its always a case of they dominated but didnt take a chance while other team took their 1 chance but it was still PSG in "control" they never have those games where its a real back and forth pressure is completely on games that really shows who the better "team" is and not just a group of superstars.

Issue with PSG playing in Ligue 1 is that there is no real challenge to face, so they can lean on their quality rather than building the chemistry required for a difficult domestic campaign. When they meet some actual adversity in the Champions League they fold so quickly because their lack of chemistry creates errors that a more in tune squad can take advantage of.

How on earth has Poch come to be viewed as an elite manager? He is nowhere near that bracket. He is a relatively young manager who has won nothing of any note. He is in a bracket with Ten Hag etc, although out of the two I would go for Ten Hag. And it really annoys me that people with short memories credit him with making Spurs a Champions League team; he didn't; Harry Redknapp did. They were perennial 5th place until Harry took over. I don't dislike Poch but I do dislike the hype around him.

All the Qatari investment really did was make an already rich club, richer. I think he has also forgotten that Real Madrid were one of the main clubs behind the Super League breakaway.

    3. The PSG defence line is embarrassing. Donnarumma, of course, he made a shocking mistake but the whole defence line was not to the job.
    4. Let’s remember that on the Real bench there was a man named Carlo Ancelotti. In the second half he put 2 fresh young guys and moved Modrić ahead and that’s it, game changed!
