That game was the death of any confidence fans had in Solskjaer. The one thing Ole has had his whole time at Utd is that his teams turn up in big league matches like this. Not in cup semi-finals or finals, but in the league a lot of the time (not all) we would win or draw these types of games. Andy's attitude going into the weekend of "well, we'll probably win this one." That kind of talk is done and that was the only thing Ole had left.
That was only true the first season though. Their record against top 6 last year was terrible.
