the new owners have actually commissioned a company to make sure the atmosphere can be kept when the knew ground is designed as its a vital part of the ground

There was a recent Leeds podcast talking about this issue with Leeds fans. Elland Road can turn both ways very very quickly. There's no middle ground I think.
Leeds success in recent years was when there were no fans at all. So I think that speaks volumes.
As a whole, I actually think they become a hindrance, rather than a positive unless we score in the first 30 mins in most cases.
