this is my first time doing a stretching video of eleni and as someone who has been a fan of cooldown exercises and probably did most of the cooldown videos in youtube, this is one of the best cooldown stretches i’ve ever tried. it incorporated most of my favorite glute and leg stretches so i feel so relaxed afterwards. thank you for this!! 💗✨
