I wish there were more workouts by these guys. They are the only trainers I get cardio with on low impact moves. The other workouts are just not challenging enough. I particularly like their longer workouts.

Not nearly as low impact as I thought it was going to be. My knees are screaming. Fun, but needed less knee work for me.
Some interesting moves but for me not really low-impact, hard on the knees.
Update: this got my heart rate up nicely, but then right in the squat hood, there were not one, but TWO endless ads.
The second one was almost three minutes long.
That is not workable: my heart rate came right down, I got bored, walked around, and it just wasn’t the same after.
I understand you want the ads, but two back to back that last close to 4 minutes in the middle of a 10 minute blast is not workable.
Next time I’ll stop as soon as they come on and move on to someone else’s quick blast.

well i found it annoying...
Literally the most annoying ten minute workout I've ever done, those instructors seem off their tree and are SO annoying.
This seems like a video for people who are just starting to get into exercise for the first time and want to feel like they're doing something "high intensity", but I found it to be lacking the serious exercise component that I was looking for. They're calling it HIIT (not in the title, during the video itself) but there's little to no intensity to any of these exercises and they're taking breaks after literally every single exercise, which is the opposite of what you would do if your goal is intensity. I guess maybe I'm not understanding that when POPSUGAR calls something "low-impact", what they really mean is "beginner"? (but then why pretend that this is HIIT?)
Also, Is Taylor supposed to be doing modifications? For most POPSUGAR Fitness vids, they'll specifically tell us at the beginning if one of the trainers is doing modifications, so it's not clear to me if she's showing a modified version and they just didn't say anything, or if she's just not really trying to do the exercises correctly or at the speed that the viewer is told to do them at. It's kind of distracting when I'm watching both trainers to follow the exercises and he's deliberately twisting out of the side squat and she's just kind of throwing her arms slightly sideways without doing any of the oblique work. Doesn't seem like anyone else has problems with this, but I found that confusing and kind of annoying (even moreso at the end where she was throwing punches super slow during the 'tabata' part). Like, why are you here and here as one of the trainers if you're not even going to try to do the exercise the way that we're supposed to do it? And then they're either feigning like it's super hard and they're out of breath/can't hold the squats when their fitness level should be way higher than that, or this is legitimately a hard workout in the eyes of these trainers (?). I'm not sure what the appeal is to training with people whose career is about fitness if they're having trouble keeping up with their own exercises in a 10-min, low-intensity workout during which they're taking breaks after every single exercise. If you're so out of shape that you need constant breaks and this workout made you sweat, that just gives the impression that the LIT Method doesn't lead to actual fitness (which, if this video is representative of that method, then yeah I guess it wouldn't lead to that).
The description says that "This dynamic duo will make you forget you are working out" but frankly, for anyone who actually works out regularly or is in good shape I wouldn't say that you forget you're working out, I'd say that you really never start working out seriously during the entire duration of this video. If anything, it seems like one of the trainers forgot that she was supposed to be working out... Either way, probably won't be doing any more POPSUGAR training with Taylor and Justin, but I think it'd be really helpful if POPSUGAR were to add some sort of info in the title that specifies when videos are for beginners.
