    I'm not a big fan of LIT's videos, yet training-wise this one was good - a good balance between various paces and muscle groups. Though, T's form is terrible, follow Justin on this one. There's little core activation in her case, in the boxing, she's just a wobbly jelly, and planks and push-up's were a pain to watch (tuck this butt!). If those were amateurs, I'd not give a damn but it's 6M followers whom they're giving a bad advice.

    Great energy! Justin has great form, but Taylor has poor technique when engaging her rhomboids and upper trapezius to roll her shoulders down and was using her stabilizing leg instead of her obliques at the end to do the side plank dips. May not be the best for people learning form, so watch Justin for technique.

      Thanks for this comment! I skimmed through the comments section and there was so little said about this. This was overall cool training, but T's form was scary to watch, knowing that people will follow.

      Everyone has an off day.... Perhaps this was video #4 made in same day and her body was tired. She does great almost always. I inky wish I could move half as good. Have a great day

    🚨🚨🚨🚨PSA!!🚨🚨🚨 This workout will/can give you pelvic area pain. So either stretch beforehand or something. This is coming from someone that has never experienced this before. Just a FYI, or warning for all
