  • Get ready to embrace your strength with fitness trainer Khetanya Henderson, who will be leading this 30-minute bodyweight strength Pilates class joined by Paris Nicole and Mikayla Campbell! In this routine, you'll start by warming up your body and work your way into a full-body Pilates routine. You'll engage your arms, legs, and core muscles through a series of planks, push-ups, arm reaches, leg presses, and so much more. This routine is completely bodyweight - all you need is a mat to get started!

    Love Khetanya's classes, her moves are always different and challenging! Loved to start from the abs and finish with the legs, for instance. Thank you girls and PS ❤🙏

    Um, where were the modifications? I liked the standing bit, but it was too short and the instructions on the floor were confusing; I didn’t know what I was doing. Not the best popsugar workout, I’m afraid.
