30-Minute Sweat Strong Booty and Abs

- Ashley Joi brings the heat in this fiery abs and booty workout. This workout consists of four blocks packed with a variety of glute and abdominal exercises. Get your heart rate up as Joi guides you through 30 seconds of work, followed by 30 seconds of rest.
As always, modifications are provided throughout this workout.

I agree with most of the other comments. I love popsugar workouts but this one was more talking/breaks vs. actually working out.
I've just finished this workout after spending months without exercicing and I'm ready to star my day and go back to my healthy habits :)

I want to do this workout again! It was fun and the exercises definitely isolated the targeted areas. Noticed a difference in my core and posture afterward. Although, I had to add more reps to maintain the cardio but I enjoyed the fact that I can do as much or as little as I want. 💕
It's always great to be able to workout or at least move after a long day of work. But in this case I agree with most of the comments, to much talking and breaks. When I started to feel pumped the workout ended. Also, it didn't feel like there was synergy among them.

That was a little too slow. To much talking and I felt like there wasn't enough energy all around

Very slow, too much talking and resting with no real exercise
Easy and too many long breaks. Had to make it 1.25
Is that possible to lose 2 kg in one week if I do this everyday??? And is this video helpful and can lose weight???
it depends on your body, if you eat a lot of unhealthy food you won’t lose that much weight in 1 week. You should be doing different exercises to target different muscle groups and watch your nutrition. This workout gets boring if you do it everyday so you need to change it up. There are many workout videos by Popsugar to choose from

Not just too many breaks, but too long of breaks. I had to add treadmill interval runs during the breaks to get in a decent workout
The same for me. Too many breaks and not enough exercices. A lot of bla bla. I had to add interval exercices too.

I really disliked this instructor. Too much talking and rest in between every single move. I had to add in extra reps and cardio myself otherwise I wouldn't have even broke a sweat
Yes, you can alter the workout however you like 😊 She said she’s there just to guide the workout

Way too many rest and break periods. Hard to follow and not all exercises were 30 seconds long, some were very short. This was more cardio then booty or abs. I ended up doing additional abs during rest periods.

I know it’s a Sunday in November, but this was a bit too sloooow for my taste. Also I found her really annoying! If I heard an initiation of ‘I’m a Mum’ one more time, I was going to start taking shots. Other than that….
Agreed! It was a lot of talking and resting. I did like the actual working out part though. 😊

Agree. Too much talking and not enough working out. She doesn't clearly start the move and then you end up doing 5 and then resting as if you did 50. Might be a good place for some, but I was expecting a different workout.

Exercises too fast....no burn. Sorry, not great
Way too much talking and breaking and too little reps. I was just starting to feel my muscles working when she would end the exercise. It can hardly build muscle and certainly didn't work up a sweat. I hardly ever end exercises midway but this video was just too slow and ineffective to be continued. I wouldn't say "sweat" or "strong" in this title as it's deceiving. I'm now looking for a better workout to feel like I've actually worked my muscles.
