    I've just 'discovered' you.
    Thank you so much for this workout! Simple and very effective.
    I'm in my 50s and have lost close friends to poor health over the past few years. Hardworking, family men who worked long hours to fees their families but neglected their health.
    This video is a lifesaver. I will do this twice a day, daily.

    So glad Ive found you! I wanted some simple videos just to get my body moving, but I don't like having to think too much or learn so even zumba videos, I only liked the warm ups as it was easy to do. I wanted longer versions of like warm up simplicities and VOILA YAY! Thank you Rick!
