I'm 64, got WAY too sedentary through the COVID years; my focus with your videos is to get my stamina back up. Improving heart function. And yeah, if I can lose some weight, awesome.
Love all the tips . - I'm defo going for 8 hours sleep instead of the normal 6 !! Going for 500ml water before meals too. Didn't count the tips but they were brill, thanks as always Rick 😂

Hello Rick, I tried this workout last week. Couldn't complete it😢. But today, I DID IT. I am so happy and proud of myself and I am thankful for you and your encouragement. I am still enjoying Miley&Beyonce as my first workout, this one with be my second workout and the bedtime will be the last one for the day. Holy cow, I can do this one! You and Leslie Sansone are the only two I can follow with much coordination and even hers have a few spots when I just walk briskly because that’s all I can do.
We’re not all physically coordinated and many of us struggle with workouts not because we’re not capable but because we have coordination, balance, and directional issues. Thank you for including workouts for folks like me.
Searching searching searching and finally....I'm not a beginner but i'm 70 and this workout is the one for me...Hallelujah! My schedule changed and I've been missing workout classes.

Rick, I'm 64 and overweight but I'm able to do your video's. 10 - 15 minutes has been a good starting point for me. Your inspiration and knowledge is so complimentary. Please. don't stop!

first cardio video i can do for more than 5 minutes, with my POTS it makes it hard to cardio but this low impact workout is actually really nice to be able to complete.

Good morning from the 🇺🇸! Thank you so much for this awesome beginners workout at home. I just made 58 on Aug 20th, and I feel really good. I walk 2 hrs 4 days a week with over 20-24 miles a week and workout with VDS GYM, on CZcams. I also do intermittent fasting everyday since April 17, 2023. I have gone down from 190 lbs to 161 lbs.

Loving these workouts! Well into my 60's and usually go to gym 4 - 5 days a week, plus long walks along the coast at weekends. Discovered these videos a couple of weeks ago, ideal for days when I don't have time for gym bfr work. Started my fitness routine way back in the 1980's with Jane Fonda (and 2 small children) ...... Thank you so much for sharing these workouts Rick they have been a life saver :-) and such a fun way to start the day!

There has been a 2 month gap since my last work out as I managed to hurt my knee and back and have been in a dark place, but last night I was determined to get back on it and found this waiting for me and it's fabulous! thank you Rick and definitely going to try the drink before meals idea!

I started doing WW a year ago . Started with 178 pounds , producing healthy eating habits. Cut out sugar . I walk every day about 15 k steps . Im down to 115 pounds . The issue is , i never started strenght training . So ATM i want to tone and build muscle . Been scolling to search videos fir beginners. Stopped at this one . I haven't started it yet but this is the most helpful video i stumbled upon . I will definitely do this and subscribe. Such a great instructor! 😊

I was losing hope finding a workout that I'm able to complete. I'm awaiting surgery to remove my thyroid because its' grown into my chest and is causing major breathing issues. I need to lose weight for the surgery which is super hard for me considering I can barely breathe while stationary let alone while doing a workout lol. This is the first workout I've managed to finish from start to end. I'm going to be using your vids from now on to help me on my journey. Thank you!

I just tried it and I’m 14, been over weight for a while, and nothing really seems to work. I always end up quoting or thinking it’s not gonna work cause it isn’t making me sweat, and I was debating trying to find another vid but I stuck with it and now I’m REALLY sweating. So encouraging and it’s really nice to see that it works even for people like me, not GERRY obese,but not exactly healthy. I saw a comment saying that one person lost weight in three weeks and that’s what hooked me and it seems like it could work. I will be doing it twice a day for the next month and hopefully I see good results. Keep you posted.

I just want to say, I'm severely self conscious so I've been searching for ages to find a good beginner workout for me. I just found your video now and I'm definitely subbing. I love that you keep the energy up for motivation and you keep a step and time counter. I also love the little tips that pop up and a heads up for the next step. And I love the music too. I'm a Dancer so I love doing this kind of thing to music because I can just pretend I'm dancing and it makes it easier. Thankyou so much for this video I will definitely be checking out the others ❤

Fantastic workout as always! Even for non beginners, it's perfect for those low energy, low motivation days, or at the end of another workout when you realize you still have a couple thousand steps in the tank! (I tried it after Rick's 3k steps speed walking workout, which is one of my favourites)

I can only do 5 min at a time. I feel so good after!
What I learned: after two major surgeries and several weeks in ICU, I struggled to walk for these last 7 yrs. 1) I had no idea my muscles would atrophy so quickly. 2) I thought my body would naturally fix itself- wrong. 3) It wasn't only muscles atrophy but also a loss of cartilage in both knees. 4) I spent many hours sitting because of pain and weakness. This lead to the shortening of my hip flexers, loss of hip rotation, etc.
I tried physical therapy, but they wouldn't treat me on a whole body basis. Only my lower back or another time one knee.
I had to figure everything out on my own through CZcams videos like yours. Thank you.
I have about 50 lbs to lose since losing my mobility. At 60 yrs of age, it's very difficult.
I'm truly inspired by your dedication and commitment to improving your health and well-being, despite the challenges you've faced. Keep going. You can do it!

Thank you! I'm so glad I found your workouts. I have been looking for standing, short workouts that I can do on my break at work. I stand and move when I can but the location isn't the best for outdoor walks and the weather can be pretty ugly a lot of the time. My office is very small so I only have about 4 X 4 feet of movement space. This is so perfect and so are some of your other videos. I have subscribed and will be working these in as much as possible.

Okay I did this workout again day 2 and I couldn’t hear the tips too busy out of breathe and trying to keep up but I heard something about no one exercise will do it for weight loss somewhere along the lines thanks trying to be consistent day 2
