  • 20 MINUTE STANDING PILATES FOR TONED MUSCLES!!
    Get ready to join me in this total body pilates workout class that requires minimal space and no equipment!
    This workout will take your through a warm up, a workout which works all of your slow twitch muscles to create long lean strong and toned muscles, and finally it ends with a guided stretch.
    This workout is definitely beginner friendly but can also be made more challenging with suggestions and modifications given.

    Thank you for this workout! I feel that sometimes Pilates workouts focus more on the legs and less on the arms, yours was complete :) All my body is complaining, but I'm happy, thank you!
