STANDING PILATES FOR TONED LEGS AND ABS!!
grab a mat and get ready for this no equipment 20 minute abs, obliques, legs, booty & core workout at home.
This workout can be done anytime, anywhere and is even beginner friendly and gentle on joints. The warm up and cool down is included in this workout to keep those muscles long, lean and healthy. This routine includes many ballet barre inspired moves which helps improve balance and stability to keep your body safe and help prevent injuries.

Thanks lys for such amazing workout videos. I am a great fan. One quick question - is it okay to do standing Pilates routine while trying to convince ?
I'm assuming you meant conceive and it auto corrected lol. of course always consult your doctor but exercise is great for you in most situations if done with proper form and you are eating healthy in order to support the extra energy being used.
