  • Back by popular demand here is a STANDING PILATES 20 MINUTE WORKOUT!!
    Join me in this total body no equipment at home pilates routine. In this video we will warm up, lengthen, strengthen and tone those muscles in the full body workout section and finish by cooling it down with some stretches. With easy to follow instructions and motivation anyone can do this workout from beginner to advanced.
    Exercises are designed to work your core and stabilizers to improve balance and also your legs, booty, abs, back, and arms!

    Had gastritis not long ago, so I'm being cautious and easing back into exercise. Love your standing Pilates due to the insufficient space in my bedroom, and this particular workout was perfect for beginner/someone who's been bed bound for a couple of weeks. Thank you do much 😊♥️

    I love this. I travel quite a bit. Laying down on a hotel floor is not always an option. Thank you for helping me to stay on my plan while I travel.!

    That worked out my lower back and my calves! Can feel the burn and ache but it feels amazing to know I'm working different muscles on each different workouts. Thanks Lys! 🙏

    Perfect short Pilates workout. I am new to Pilates but strangely enjoying 'feeling the burn' and knowing that this technique is doing more than just helping tone my muscles. It feels like a shift to a stronger and more balanced body too. Thank you. Really enjoying the 10 and 20 minute series.

    Is the goal post move good for back fat?

      It's to strengthen the muscles in your back which will help to burn fat and also improve posture :)
