    Que buenos y placenteros ejercicios Mira te cuento sufro de lumbalgia y tengo artrosis de cadera te sigo en varias de tus rutinas y no logro darme cuenta cual disciplina si el yoga o el pilates contribuyen en mayor medida a mi recuperacion, gracias por tu contenido. saludos desde Punta del Este - URUGUAY
