I have a question - I think I am misunderstanding something from the first half of the video - i thought i heard you referring to something in the waist/breathing area as tibia - and i keep being confused thinking of tibia as the leg and forgetting what you were actually pointing towards - can you please help me understand? thank you!!
She is saying TVA which stands for Transverse Abdominals :)
