    I like and hate it at the same time 😅 very challenging and nice workout. Wouldn’t recommend it for beginners tho

      Great question about breathing! Breathing is such an important part of Pilates. We focus on coordinating breath with movement to enhance the mind-body connection. Try inhaling to prepare and exhaling during the effort of each exercise. This helps engage your core and gives you more power.
      There are videos here where I focus and verbalise the breathing more, but I'm not sure of exactly which videos, sorry.
      What part of breathing do you find most challenging? I'd love to hear your thoughts!
