First time doing this routine! Wow, I am dripping! Had to keep my arms at my waist for most of the class to keep my balance, posture and focus on the leg work - but I will keep coming back here and improving and hopefully being able to incorporate the arms fully as I progress. I danced a lot of ballet in my youth and my hips kept wanting to turn out so I had to focus on pulling them back in to a parallel position. Thank you for this amazing class! I am currently in the habit of doing one of your classes per day and I'm loving it!

Yes, the standing classes are a step up in intensity as they require your full body balance and coordination. This sounds like it's a great class to mark your progress. Hi! great chanell! is it ok to amp it up with dumbells? all of the excersizes are ok to add it up? thank you!
You can add dumbbells or wrist weights to just about anything. Try my pilates with these classes first so you get a sense on how to move with the extra weight.
