I loved this quicker paced shorter intermediate flow! Those are my favorite, because I like intense flows but also don't always have the time to do 50 min workout. It still incorporates the Basi precision and has great gradual transitions.

Perfect for a busy day! U fit many moves into just under 20 min, and the more challenging variations suggested (the side work on the elbow, the legs extended in the Hundreds, the cue to ‘go up a little higher’) gave great work. I love Back Support: it opens my shoulders and chest v. well. Thank u!

Flow, I can't even express how much I love your classes. I do have a question though. When you do the breaths, I can't seem to inhale as long as you do and tend to hold my breath for some of the time, until we exhale. Do you recommend anything for improving your lung capacity? Also, I have done pilates for a very long time and hurt my back. You are helping me to recover. Thank you for these classes.

Hi Mira..I have tendonitis and thus had to take a break from using the weights.. and I found your videos and have working out to them almost everyday now.
