Hi and Welcome to Fit by Lys! My name is Alyssa Schwartz and I am a NASM certified personal trainer. I'm a Canadian from Ontario living in Michigan and I am a virtual trainer. My passion is helping real people become the best versions of themselves and I'm so excited to use this platform to reach out to even more people.

Total Body Pilates Workout - 15 Minute No equipment Floor Workout!
Follow along with this quick and effective Total Body Pilates mat workout!
This workout will have you strengthening and toning your full body body with no equipment on the floor at home. The exercises in this workout are designed to sculpt your arms, legs, butt, back, and abs with the added bonus of being low impact!!
This workout is only 15 Minutes so feel free to repeat it or incorporate one of my other videos into your workout for an extra burn!
