  • Follow along with this ULTIMATE LAZY GIRL FLOOR WORKOUT!!
    This 15 minute workout requires no equipment and can be done on the floor, couch, or even in bed to get you moving on even your laziest of days. The workout is designed in intervals so you will work 40 seconds and have 20 seconds of rest in between while I explain the next exercise and proper form.
    The exercises will work your full body to create long and lean, strong and toned muscles with a few stretches mixed in as a warm up and cool down. It truly is an all in one total body lazy girls delight! *perfect for rest days*

    I never comment on videos, but I just have to say it: I *LOVE* this workout so much! My new favorite! I struggle with trying to get daily exercise in but your lazy girl series is truly motivating and encouraging to me. I like how workouts are short but effective! Please post lazy girl/low impact full body videos similar to this, more frequently! (no pressure though). I also loved how this was a floor workout that incorporated easier but still challenging stretches! By the end, I was sweating all over ngl lmao.

    This was a nice workout (actually got a little sweat). Didn't go to the gym today and also felt lazy to workout at home, but I also had to stay active today. Thanks for the workout. 💪🏾🙏🏾

    Didn’t like it at all. You can’t call something “lazy” when it has planks and pushups.
