How to fix the Henry HVR200M_11 Vacuum cleaner has no power

    Thanks for this, My Henry died and I initially thought it was going to be motor or switch failure, both these checked out ok. Saw your video and followed it through to find the plastic molded plug was at fault. I cut it off and replaced with a normal one and Henry is now back working with full force !!

    So far it looks like it is a case for my hetty too.. it is power on both cable end.. I don’t have another power cable to test if is the problem but the video is super helpful

    No ever would have suspected the cable, so many thanks for this!
    This was my problem - previous cable replacement at a shop had not put the cable properly in the guide, so pinching it, eventually failing.
    Luckily I only had to trim a short piece.
