AGAIN: YOU DON'T HAVE TO REMOVE THE WHEELS! (See comment 1 year ago) You can REMOVE THE black part of the housing including the wheels. Take a long (4-5 cm) torx 15 Bit and use some long bit adapter/screw driver to remove the screws. Good luck.

Thanks for this, My Henry died and I initially thought it was going to be motor or switch failure, both these checked out ok. Saw your video and followed it through to find the plastic molded plug was at fault. I cut it off and replaced with a normal one and Henry is now back working with full force !!

No ever would have suspected the cable, so many thanks for this! This was my problem - previous cable replacement at a shop had not put the cable properly in the guide, so pinching it, eventually failing. Luckily I only had to trim a short piece.

You dont need to remove the wheels. Just need a long shank driver for the Torx screws. Anyway removing the clips destroys them. Also removing the power switch knob first makes it easy to reassemble. Just prize off the knob. Otherwise this is a piece of cake to do.

I have a Nutri Ninja Pro that I purchased in late 2019. Unfortunately, they have made removing the lower seal (2:10 in this video) impossible (by adding a pin that makes it impossible to rotate). So, while this video is FANTASTIC, it probably won't work on later models. It's really too bad, because the bearings could have been replaced at reasonable cost, but this configuration forces the consumer to purchase a complete, new blade assembly (for about US$25).

In respect of the removal of the pesky spring clips holding the wheels to the shaft. I bought a T15 screwdriver with 4 inch (10 cm) shaft. A local engineering works extended the shaft to 12 inches (30 cm). With this I was able to remove T15 screws (second screw from base) behind the wheels. Quite likely the Karcher workshops have an extended T15 screwdriver. Placing a magnet against the screwdriver shaft will retain the T15 screw to the screwdriver. Hope this will be of use.

Thanks for very clear operation. The difficult part of the job is removing the wheel clips, the aim for this step is to remove the 2 screws beside the wheels. actually the wheel does not need to remove, if you can find a long screw driver, or you can creat a long screw driver to remover the 2 screws.

  • @busterwebb

Many thanks. Saved me a huge amount of time. Some tips to add to your great video: - the wheel push fasteners can be removed with a small screwdriver and light hammer. Drive the screwdriver between the teeth of the fastener then lever up a small amount. Move to the opposite side of the fastener and repeat. Keep repeating until the fastener pops off. - you’ll need a Torx T15 long shank screwdriver with a conventional handle. Torx screwdriver bits won’t work, T bar screwdrivers don’t have the room to rotate. - like others, the fault with mine was that the vacuum tube to the detergent bottle had disconnected. I used small nylon tie wraps which seem secure. Others have used clamps. - on mine the high pressure hose reel pulled away from the brass shaft complete with the T piece. All seemed fine on reassembly. Hope that helps

Hi before you remove the blade you have to remove the plastic washer. If you still can't take the blade out spray with WD40 or use a small hummer.

TWO angry COMMENTS ! THERE ARE 9 screws, not 8. You can imagine my frustration after taking out 8 screws and nearly wrecking the case trying to pull it apart with one still in place. You do not have to take the wheels off and you will NOT do it with a little screwdriver like you show as if be magic.

  • @daveginorge

Extremely good video. I had problems removing the spring clips holding the wheels on to the axel. I opted to create a long screwdriver that would reach the screws behind the wheels, removing the wheels is done only to access the screws with a normal screwdriver. Like others my problem was the vacuum pipe had become disconnected, if it happens again I will add clips. When replacing the cover make sure it’s perfectly positioned before replacing the screws, I had to remove it again as the area around the power switch was not aligned correctly, also I found it easier to keep the cover aligned correctly by replacing the screws at the top first working down towards the bottom.
