Благодарим.
Thank you Ben what a lovely fragrant rose. I love her.
Thank you for mentioning the barbs - I am going to use this for home security on the front wall
Thank you Ben! You bring me to know new magic creatures!
Thank you so much for your reviews. This is a lovely rose. She is worthy of a spot in my garden. Please continue these reviews. Wonderful job bringing new roses to our knowledge and collections.
Thank you
Love that your reviews indluding both pros and cons! This rose smells truley wondeful, if only my garden were bigger....Another white rose I could recommend is Desdemona. In her first year she has +50 buds and was the first to bloom :) Very nice fragrance too and is supposed to be very healthy
I reviewed her and tranquility last year
Thank you so much for these wonderful videos, I've binge-watched dozens of them now, and just placed an order for 5 different DA roses here in the USA. I might have overlooked this little white rose if not for this video. I needed something for my white-themed patio with good fragrance that was also tough/resilient. In winter we drop to about -10 deg Fahrenheit and in summer well over 100 deg, often with drought. Is there another white DA variety that would work if I wanted to expand? Thank you again for the videos - I'm very looking forward to growing this one. The way white flowers glow on a patio at dusk is really magical, especially with beautiful fragrance in the air
I’m really glad that you enjoy the meteor produce out of all the white roses. This is probably the most resilient and toughest. Make sure that if you’re placing an order for delivery to the US you use code. FREESHIP150 if you spend over $150 you get free shipping
Your reviews are getting better and better by the day! Is there a possibility of inserting a picture or a little filmed sequence of the reviewed rose, maybe at the beginning of the video? I do know that it takes time and effort to create content and I appreciate your work very much! Thanks for uploading and all the information!
Thank you for your comment I understand your Point as I May have mentioned before I don’t have any plans to start editing enhancing or adding anything to my videos you’ll have a true representation always filmed in one take
Since I am growing Mayflower, I was going to pop this one into the rose border, but ultimately went with Tranquility instead. After watching this review, I’m thinking next year I may add this one to the collection (in a pot). 🤔
Yes this one will be much better in a pot
I will definitely get one.🙏🤗
The lists keep growing
@@the_gardenerben the space for people in my household gets smaller😄😄😄
I recently bought 3 DA roses. Should. I mulch even though it is the end of June. And feeding? Kind regards. Love your vids.
You should always mulch feeding is entirely up to you but I would always recommend you mulch at every opportunity even if it’s just the direct area around the plants that planted it has so many different benefits not only suppressing the weeds feeding nourishing the soil for protecting the soil surface from the worse of the sun and moisture
Hi Ben, thanks so much for your review this rose looks gorgeous! Two questions... is it a good repeat bloomer and is it early or late to come into flower?
It’s one of the 1st to flower in the garden this one was photographed and filmed in very late maybe it will then have a smattering of blooms all the way through the season and the second very distinctive flash Flowers in July and August
Last year, yr1, she released a lovely citrus fragrance, this year so far I've had zero fragrance.
Great review Ben...my Susan every year gets covered in rust...so much so it has no foliage most of the year. So strange 🤔 thinking of replacing with tranquility but will try your pruning tips and see if that helps this year
May i ask
If you mulch ?
@@the_gardenerben
Hi Ben :) I have been using strultch a thick layer of it about 3 inches
@@makeyourlifebeautiful1652 I’m not familiar with that what’s it derived from ?
@@the_gardenerben it's wheat straw with added iron minerals.
Nitrogen [N] - 0.6%Phosphorus [P2O5] - 0.2%Potassium [K2O] - 1.6% percentage dry matterPlus calcium, magnesium and iron (0.75%)
I use that and the DA rose food pellets. Maybe it isn't rich enough and I need to add some well rotted manure..that's my plan this year. I think I pruned a but too much off also as the stems were thin little sticks!
@@makeyourlifebeautiful1652 I would be inclined to swap to something more naturally rich in organic matter that’s going to hold water by adding a lot of straw to your soil you can actually lock up nutrients rather than add nutrients even if you are adding liquid or granular fertilisers leaf mulch well rotted manual which is at least two years old or commercially produced fully organic compost is by far the best option for retaining water adding natural nutrients and for raising the soils ability to hold water
Another guy in another video said the petals are badly destroyed by rain
It’s in my opinion very resilient,
