    Hey Roberta I’m trying the fifteen pound loss vid in two weeks and I’m wondering how much pounds I can lose if I do it twice a day for two weeks because right now I’m 11 years old and 70 pounds and I’m sick of always getting shamed so please can u recommend some videos I wanna be skinny so badly like all the other girls😢

Individual results may vary and it is usually factored by your current weight, age, sex, and even height. a well balanced diet will also determine your weight loss result. Don't get discouraged if you don't get results for 5 days. Some even takes 3-4 weeks. or even a Month or two just to see results..
      Consistent workouts and a well balanced diet will ensure a good result. Hope you keep up with the workout routine and stay active! keep pushing! 💪

    To day my waight is 80.1 kg my age id 27 year.... According to
    Bmi my waight should be 54 kg....that's way I'm start my waight loss journey..... I will inform next week... My weight

    According to BMI I should be 30 kg.
    I have to loose 17 kgs
