      It is rare for her to not go off when a plaintiff argues with her. She's extremely emotionally based for what is supposed to be an unbiased logical judge. But she's a woman. They generally are not cut out for this kind of work.

    I'm surprised that Judge M didn't have the plaintiff removed from the courtroom. Unbelievable attitude! And he seems like enough of a hot-head to try to retaliate against the defendants by doing some damage to their rental home.

      I would say the judge didn't like he's attitude so she was not applying the law as she should. She seemed to ignore his passion, and no matter what, she was always going to give the case to the plaintiff.
      I say this before I watch the case. Now, let's go back into the courtrooms to see if I'm right. Oops my bad the defendant

      Too bad many people don’t recognize that JM was in fact very wisely using this as her strategy: letting him dig his own hole…. While simultaneously showing him she did not believe anything he said and that she simply wasn’t taking him seriously, treating him like a toddler with a tantrum 😂
      Which he did. Making it obvious that he is nothing but bad news, with a default vibe of aggression around him!

      He said 2 coats idiot. And he said certain colors take more. With the advancement in paint we have today there is some high end paints that always have 1 coat coverage. The judge never believes anyone because she thinks she knows everything because of her family’s construction background

    I believe Judge Milian was very deliberate here in allowing the Plaintiff to go off his rocker.. She wanted him to keep getting agitated for the "bigger picture". As possible evidence for his girlfriend to show his behavior. She's no fool. She has information that is not shown on the program.

    Plaintiff did wrong by changing the locks illegally. He needs mental help and be in a home for people like himself. And he locked himself out, changed the top lock and used the key from that change to try to unlock the doorknob, which he no longer had the key to that, the maintenance guy locked the doorknob. LOL!
