  • The plaintiff rented a room the defendant owns and has been put through vicious psychological and emotional torture because the defendant wants him out. The plaintiff has also suffered health issues and pain due to the living conditions in the place, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant claims the plaintiff takes pictures of her bottom without permission and practices witchcraft. She believes the only reason she is being sued is because eviction proceedings are underway, and the plaintiff is revengeful.

      U think this one is bad my grandmother rented her house house for 20 years to a couple and i kept asking her are they paying rent she said yes and i said u sure they not working well she made excuses after excuses for them well fast forward shes in a nursing home and guess what we uncovered that they haven’t paid rent in 17 years she didn’t want no one to know and now its a hard pill to swallow well they kept telling her they put a new roof remolded etc and i said have u been in the house in 20 years she said no well the whole house is a loss no remodeling or roof done by them long story short people will take advantage of older people and the older people covers it up or makes excuses because we would say they are idiots and they don’t want anyone to think differently about them i guess

    My mother did the same thing. Over the span of 10 years, she only paid $40 rent and blamed it on her disability. Fibromyalgia. Meanwhile, she traveled the world and had a $40 2 bedroom apartment to come back to. When management changed, they evicted her. She still tried to fight it in court. 🤦🏽‍♀️

    How is he physically disabled if he only has issues with the wrists and a shoulder? I know hundreds of people who suffer from Carpal Tunnel or have broken many more bones then that and work full-time!
    Hell I work with a Doctor who fell on a 1000km bike race in the first 50km and punctured a lung along with breaking 4 ribs and finished the race before he was seen by the med team

    He’s playing the system! Judge Milan needs to understand that this seems like it’s NYC where I’m from. The laws are preferential to tenants that’s why it takes so long to get people out in nyc.
