- The plaintiff claims her sister, the defendant, owes her money for a loan and furniture, so she's suing. The defendant says she stored the plaintiff's belongings when she got evicted. As far as she knows, the plaintiff picked everything up. Additionally, the defendant argues the loan was used to feed the plaintiff's kids because the defendant has custody of them.

Was the neighbor the same friend that called the sister cuz how would the friend know if the friend wasn't already there. It's shady af. U called the police but u have my kids so where's the danger. She just doesn’t want a long drawn out story with info she doesn’t need, she just needs the facts of the case so she’s leading the testimony. She already read the complain and response so she knows the story.
If my sister worked at night and was leaving her small children alone, I would just tell her I would keep them at night while she works. I wouldn’t call the police on her. It’s very interesting that the sister called the police to take custody and all of a sudden getting all these government benefits. It just comes across very shady.

I have to say I disagree with Judge Milian on this one. This mother abandoned her children and her sister is raising her babies for her probably saving them from much harm. The audacity of the plaintiff to sue her own sister after all she has done. Both are beautiful ladies on the outside but the defendant is truly the beautiful one taking in her sisters children and protecting them.

It's cases like this that make me not like this show (and understand why it got cancelled, and why her new show is fake). Exploitation for the sake of entertainment is disgusting.
Several comments have been written here that Judge Millian yells to much. I saw an interview with her once. She gets very emotional about some of the things the litigants do become she cares. Especially when it comes to child neglect or abuse or people just being stupid or disrespectful. I've been watching her for years and find her marvelous. She's fair and professional.
And I think she looks great! (A comment about her aging.)
And she and her husband have been married a very long time. They seem to really enjoy and respect each other. I'm a huge fan of a caring, strong woman.

The Judge said she has government help with money for her sisters children that she has custody of.
That's not the case before the judge.
The case here is for a loan and property versus rent for han adult.
The loan and child support are different cases

If she (the plaintiff) is leaving the kids by themselves to ‘go to work,’ I’m almost positive she’s also leaving them by themselves to go other places. So heck yea, the sister had every right to report her. Want her to wait until something happens to the children? It’s too late then. She cares more for the well being of THE CHILDREN than her sister, which she should. The children can’t fend for themselves.

The mother has temporary custody, which suggests she is getting her life together, but the custody case is still pending? That means the sister is still trying to fight her for her kids. Why?
No. The defendant gave her the kids for the summer without the courts approval. She can't give her the kids without the court agreeing to it. She probably got temporary custody until the court decides what to do. If she had her shit together and the court found her fit the custody would be permanent. It's not up to the plaintiff to decide if she's now fit to have her kids.
@@oxtailgravy she got temporary custody suggests the court thinks she's fit. Yes the court still has to decide, but the defendant says they're still fighting for custody. She doesn't have to be involved for the courts to decide if the mother should get the kids permanently.

She said earlier that she had no where to go - then, she had another home. The plaintiff is not truthful, AT ALL. Who leaves a 2-month child in a house overnight with a 6 year old?

I cant get over the wicked defendant calling child protective services on her sister the plaintiff. When you knew the kids were alone why didnt you offer to watch them. Its obvious she had noone else. Now you have full custody when you couldve just been the baby sitter. I dont want custody of anyones children unless its absolutely necessary.
Because the MOTHER is a hot ass mess to leave children under 2 and 7 to watch themselves? Who knows what else that "mother" done to deserve this. Family isn't shit when they're toxic. Those kids needed a stable place and got it.
