After listening to the plaintiff, I suffered secondhand embarrassment. Her inability to communicate effectively and annunciate her words was deplorable. Then she had that clown behind her.

When people talk like that in that incoherent way where they can't answer questions clearly and they just mumble their responses, it's a sign that they're lying. They just jumble up their words and hope that the person questioning them gives up in frustration. My brother does that when he doesn't want to answer a question.

But feels she was wrongfully towed but can’t show proof of registration. What a waste of $25 and a man
I went almost a year without registering my car lmao. Drove it every day. Why? Moved to a different state and thought I did the whole process and skipped a step...... My car was brand new I bought it with 13 miles on it and it was certainly running. Lol

I've, unfortunately, seen videos of school personnel making disparaging remarks about one student's hairstyle to the point of threatening him with being expelled from the district if he didn't have it cut to a "more acceptable" style. The mom sued the school district and won her case, as she should have.

This is so ironic because the same thing happened to my car while being towed. The way the tow driver hooked up the car ripped a hole in the oil pan. They repaired the oil pan but the car never worked properly afterwards. I really think they damaged more than the oil pan or what they did caused more damage. Not sure but they messed my Audi up.

Even if a plaintiff or defendant is lying the judge shouldn't talk over the top of them and be rude because shes impatient or doesn't particularly like them. Thats not how a judge is meant to behave.

You get caught with an expired plate, and you have neither your registration nor your title... These are two of the worst, most uninformed plaintiffs I've ever seen. I'm glad Judge Milian and the defendants shut these two down.

At 1st, I was on the defendants side, but the photo's show elsewise. Go back and look. The whole is massive, so it couldn't most all if not any oil, there's a long scrap leading to the big whole, and the scrap leading to the hole, the circular damage all had no rust or discoloration so it was pulled forward from the front but to the left. It definitely was damaged by something that under her vehicle during the tow or something used to get the car out of the parking space. This is what I do for living over 31yrs now!
The plaintiff meant that people steal license plates, which happens a lot. I understand why she put it in the windshield. However, I don't believe that her tags were up to date. I also don't believe the two caused the damage.

The plaintiffs were illiterate and unintelligible, especially, the guy who comes to court with a hairdo like a court jester and makes threats and throws gang signs. With today's towing processes, that damage wasn't caused by towing. Property managers get fined for allowing vehicles with expired registration, collission damage, flat tires and similar problems by housing enforcement.
Why sue if you are gonna lie? 🤦🏾♀️
The car was backed in and that is why the plate was in the front windshield.
That oil pan had a hole in back in February, 157%. Maybe earlier.
