- It has been a long time since my last proper album review and as we are at the start of another year, now seemed as good a time as any.
Wilderun are back with their latest album "Epigone" and... I am here to review it. I'll get back into the swing of this stuff soon enough.

Oh boy I share your enthusiasm. I did the same when I received the album. Played it 3 times, then went to bed at 3 AM. I discovered them with their previous album, then went through their truly amazing discography, worth checking out.
That was a fantastic review especially as you had to do it twice! The walking videos are so good, hopefully the views will come.
Also welcome back to the world of CDs, I thought I was the only one left collecting them. I can recommend a Brennan B2 if you want the best of both worlds. It's a CD player/hard drive that records your CDs at CD quality so therefore you have all your CDs but at the touch of a button on your phone and hooked up to your hifi system. It took me a while to upload mine but now I find I am listening to a lot more of my CDs that were untouched for ages.

Been loving rebuilding the collection. I still listen to most of it through decent headphones on my phone but I love being able to pick out what to listen to by looking through the discs. Still got quite a lot of my old stuff so I have a decent collection to start with. I'll be posting regular update videos so you might be interested in those

I started to listen to this one on Friday but I have not had proper time to listen to it, hope to dive into this album more this week. Of course I like this video. Damm battery , damm technology. You had me cracking up with I cant believe I talk 40 minutes to myself.

hi ben i was looking through this weeks metal releases and saw this and saw it was on a good label so thought i would check it out on spotify. i came home from work about 23.45 and wacked it on. i never heard of this band before and was going in blind apart from knowing they are classed as progressive ' folk /metal. anyway at first i thought this is a bit of a slow burner and was not sure if i liked it or was i too tired to even listen too it properly. so i thought i would leave it and come back too it which i did and i really enjoyed it. i will be buying this on cd at the end of the month but i have just ordered the previous album and it coming thursday ( dont tell the wife lol )
Haven't had a chance to check out the last album yet but I definitely will do soon. Absolutely loved this album. It sounds huge.
