hello! I was wondering if you can help, I have not come across any videos or searches that help to explain and how to manage the following issue.... some of my maranta and calethea are growing new leaves that have regions that are very weak looking and almost transparent... what is happening??! and how can I prevent it... help!!!!
I've had this too. I've had thrips attack recently. so not sure if it's that. Feels like it might be too much moisture so I've tried to bring that down a bit while killing off thrips. Any advice would be most welcome!
You are so good with calatheas! 💚💚💚 I have calatheas that's are okay, but they're not growing new leaves. I think they need more light. From your videos, I've seen that most of your calatheas get bright light.

I have this too! But I thought this is Calathea Bicajoux Gecko? I got to learn from the FB Calathea group that Bicajoux has several varieties, some with green underside leaves and some with purple, i got both. :)

I have a 'Cora' that's currently 'in flower'. It produce a beautiful 'cone' or bract about a week ago, the top segment has been open a few days, no flower though, just an opening. Anyone else have any experience with 'Cora' flowering. Couldn't find any examples on-line, though it was only a quick search!
It's a variety of roseopicta I believe.
How is ur all calathea plants doing, How many varieties Calathea do you have now, Most Of Ur Videos Are About Calathea, Are You An Calathea Expert.
