I was expecting the actual Nadine Dorris and when this came on I felt a bit annoyed, I almost stop watching but I let it play and how glad I was. That was brilliant, I laughed like a drain. I don't know who he is but he was very good and I enjoyed it immensely.

I'm not from the UK but I watch your news from a distance. The ministers speaking up for Boris Johnson all say the same thing. Are the replies as scripted as I suspect? They reel off the same robotic, computer-generated stuff but the interviewers let them get away with it. You could do something funny with this.

Usually a party press office will have questions put to them before an MP is wheeled out in front of the camera, then a button is pushed and the imbecile in question will recite party line whenever there's a chance of real media scrutiny. Of course, once in a while the partially lobotomised chimp will go off script and we get the Dorries effect.
