That whole hip rotation was super interesting to me, normally I would have taken a break during that when the tension got to be too much, but so was so intrigued by the movement that I just kept going. Thanks!

That looks awesome! BUT, can I lie flat on my side, without the ball, just supporting the head on my palm? I tried the way you did it, but my neck got stiff and sore soon, was I doing it wrong?
My neck did not like this position either. I did it exactly like you described, holding my head with my palm, and it worked great. I also put the ball between my knees when doing bridges for more muscle contraction.
Would this tone my muffing top as well? Or can you recommend an other video? X

Deborah Sivyer this one is for strengthening the glute muscles. If you are looking to tone the sides of the abs I would try my ab workout I just posted last week!
I wish ab workouts were as comfortable as other workouts x

will this slim down your bum and thighs instead of making them bigger
If you use some ankles weight your thighs will get bigger
Muscle is tight and compact compared to adipose connective tissue (aka fat) which is loose and jiggly. Building more muscle naturally slims a person down and gives them some definition, instead of looking like a large, mushy apple or pear shape.
