A story of something that has happened to me Once i was walking home but then on the street i saw a black figure at the end of the street some nights i have sleep paralysis as well. But when i was on the street every time i looked away he came closer i sprinted home but then he caught up to me and i could here him yelling but i woke up from a nightmare but i was in sleep paralysis again and i saw the exact same guy and he was standing in front of my bed he was about 6ft tall and to this day he still haunts me.
Thats what sleep paralysis is i have it too take comfort in knowing he wasnt actually there it was just your brain not fully out of dream land and into reality carrying him into it for a bit i get random ones sometimes that make me laugh like the pineapple on top of my wardrobe about 2 nights ago , it wasnt actually there but it really was aswell 😂
