You know it's fake if she is continuously screaming, with no sign of anyone attempting to shut her up or move her, and she wasn't kidnapped, you can hear her that clearly, meaning she is in an open field. The area of also empty. My best guess, this is fake, and with the empty streets, this was an attempt to attract and kidnap whoever attempted to help her. She also could have been the one walking by as her voice sounded louder as the person was passing by. When I was a kid I heard a dog barking aggressively outside, and I went to check it out. it was actually an escaped convict that was trying to kidnap a young little girl even though he could have snapped my neck die to my size at 13, I ran after him. Not always a trap. Sometimes is a injured woman needed help from an attack and can't get up due to her injuries. That's why you can yell back I called the police they are on the way.
