Pilates with Weights / Toning Balls

  • This video was filmed LIVE for my pilates clients who couldn't get to me on a snow day in February. The quality is not the best as it was on the phone and connectivity was poor. However its a nice flowing workout with the toning / weighted balls.
    The workout will strengthen and tone the whole body as well as relaxing and stretching out tight areas. I hope you enjoy it.

      Mette I’m using the 1k balls but I usually suggest 500g to start I think - glad you liked it!

    May I ask what’s the benefit of using toning balls, compared to using normal weight/ dumbbell?

      Just easier to hold and opens up more exercise options and kinder on the hands
