    How often should I do this and for how long before I start the cardio? I'm 36 260lbs I've never worked out in my life n starting working out several months ago but it's very hard on my body n joints

    Definitely had to modify some of the exercises because it was just too uncomfortable for my ankle/ leg (left leg as well!)... but still really glad I was able to get a bit of a workout in nonetheless. Am going a little crazy staying at home all day, but this worked definitely helped me. Thanks Kim!

    Broke my foot by dropping a hair dryer on it jusssst right as I was slowly beginning to work my way out of a year long stretch depressive episode, including working out, cleaning my room, working on physical health (etc.) Certainly a set back but I deeply appreciate your willingness to teach us a routine like this when we feel so stuck!!     ❤ OMG I am sooooo happy to have found this! I'm 5 weeks post peroneal tendon repair of both the tendons in my left ankle. I tired 3 years ago to find videos like years when I had severe tendon damage to the right ankle, could find things at that time! Appreciate this so much!

    Great video, gave me hope with endless recovery from knee surgery. I have just one friendly tip. Edit your video with "visual stopwatch". Why? Because after doing it for a while I learned by heart everything that you say in your video (variations to exercises and so on) and I would like to listen to some audio of my own. But when your voice ist the only cue to when the exercise starts I can not do that.

    Hi! When I was doing the glute part I could fill it in my thighs instead of my hips. What adjustment should I make to correct this?

    If you are non weight bearing how do you get down to the floor and get up? This is not realistic.

    I haven’t walked in over a year I broke my ankle 14 times .at that fk w i weighed 134 I am now a 169 I need to lose this weight .i hope this works 😢

    Thank you! I have been bed ridden basically and I was able to do these. And will continue to try to get stronger to avoid spinal surgery. I have been in so much pain and never are constantly pinches but not moving has made it worse but moving hurts also so I’ve felt stuck. I enjoyed the video. Didn’t make me feel awful from not being able to do things that realistically my body cannot do atm. ❤

    I have fibromyalgia and have been doing these stretches for a couple of months 2 or 3 times a week and i think they have been helping a lot, a lot of other videos are doing too much which when you are tired and painful is hard to keep up with but this is thorough enough to get a good stretch but easy enough to keep doing consistently which is the key to finding something really helpful so thank you!

      @@KimSaha I wasn’t criticizing your heart. I was criticizing that when you’re in a bigger body there are challenges that you face that people in small bodies don’t. Like getting into yoga poses. You can’t possibly know those challenges- not because you’re not empathetic, but because you simply do not experience it. I stand by my statement that if you’re going to make content aimed at bigger bodies, you should be in one.
