  • This full-body workout video gives you 4 circuits of 3-4 exercises using small weighted Pilates toning balls to tone your core, legs, and arms as well as build stability and coordination. This is a great workout for home and can be done outdoors as shown in the video. Some of these exercises are Pilates-based, but many of them are just good exercises for strengthening your entire body and could also be done with dumbbells.
