  • Hey friends, welcome back!
    I personally think that it's the sexiest thing on women, to see those two lines (11). But to have that flat belly and those lines appearing, you need to work on the entire core intensively, including upper abs, lower abs and obliques.
    And I got you covered! Get ready for one of the Best Ab Workouts focusing on those 11 lines!
    This video is full length which means you can just follow along with me. And if you need an extra rest- just pause the video for a moment to catch your breath.
    For fast result, do this workout 2-3 times a week. and if you wanna keep active on other days - make sure to check out my other workouts!

    Trying this workout for 2 week yall!
    Day 1 - i only did halfway til planks part :'))) but is ok, im just keep on trying !
    Day 2 - done! Its painful :'))) almost make me pass out during the planks part but worth it!
    Day 3 - done✔ still painful :')) but yesh complete it already
    Day 4 - didnt do it , i have family day today :')))
    Day 5 - was very busy cleaning the house so i didnt do it too today
    *even if i didnt do the workout , my tummy still look tone and yeah it getting even visible (the abs) huh!

    guys it works. i have been doing this workout twice a week for the past month and I FINALLY have an 11 line. Ive been eating healthy, in a caloric surplus, and eating lots of protein and getting SLEEP. guys sleep is so important! Without it, ur muscles wont grow. Also, when this workout started to get too easy for me, I started doing Elizabeth Chu's 11 line ab workout. DIET+SLEEP+WORKOUT= 11 LINE. trust me. side note, if u have fat on ur stomach you'll need to loose that first for ur abs to show

    Weight: 51kg ☹️
    First, I already have abs but it's not toned & I hate my stomach:<
    Day 1✓: love the heat!
    Day 2✓: my stomach still the same ( I did 2× )
    Day 3✓: nothing happened
    Day 4✓: when I woke up i can see that my abs are toned & my waist🥺 (but still not enough want to get rid of my stomach 😭) I ate lot of rice yesterday:> I'm going to eat less hehe love the heat❣️
    Day 5✓: I ate chips & chocolate last night:>✌️ my abs & stomach are still the same yesterday
    Day 6✓: the lines are there 🥺
    Day 7-8❌: I have a period 😩 maybe on day 9 I'll do workout. The lines are still there 😊 but I hate my stomach 😭
    Day 9: my abs & stomach are getting faded, maybe because I ate a lot yesterday:>💔 While doing this work-out I feel burn🔥 I'm not going to loose hope!
    Day 10✓: my stomach still the same
    Day 11✓: it's starting to get toned 😳 (my stomach is still the same 😭) I feel burn & pain🔥 I did 2x
    •Pls don't forget to drink lots of water•
    Day 12✓: I can see some changes 😳
    Day 13✓: still the same like yesterday 😶 did it 2x
    Day 14✓: I can see the difference 🥺 my abs & stomach are toned ❤️ but the results are still not enough for me. Anyways, I'm still doing this work-out everyday ☺️
    ⚠️ I don't do a diet, I just ate what I want (including sweets & junk foods ✌️)
    ⚠️ Sometimes I do cardio exercise (Chloe Ting's Do this everyday to loose weight)
    ⚠️ If you want to see the fast results, I suggest that do some cardio, do this work-out everyday ( 2 or 3 times a day ), drink a lots of water, eat until you satisfied 🥰 don't starve yourself girl 🙅🏻‍♀️

      @- waterfall - its probably because you gained / grew some extra muscles, this is totally ok and normal, its axtually good bc now you know its working. i recommend not focusing on your weight since it changes constantly witch how many salts you ate, how much water you drank and all those things. after all its totally normal if you weigh more or less every day, it also depends on how your body 'feels' that day :)

    this workout is the most effective one ive ever used!! took my stomach from completely untoned with barely visible ribs to toned and slimmer in a couple weeks even with irregular use
    it was challenging at first but with a bit of consistency i can now get through the whole thing without taking an extra minute break between sections
    start doing it if you want results!!

    I’m gonna try this for a month and be really honest with the results
    🤍 waist : 29 inches 🤍
    Day 1 : ✅(definitely no results)
    Day 2 : ✅(I did it 2 times today, one in the morning the other at night )
    Day 3 : ✅(I did this once today cuz I was exhausted from the other workouts )
    Day 4 : ✅ I did this two time and again no results
    Day 5 : ✅ only once cuz I did other exercises
    Day 6 : ✅ again once bcuz I have to take gymnastic classes

    starting weight: 134
    starting waist: 28 inches
    goal: ABSSS
    DAY 1: It was tough but i could see the out line a bit
    DAY 2: Again was tough and nothing changed…
    I skipped two days :(( but my ab outline was still visible :D
    DAY 3: I did it and I could actually see more of my outline of my abs and when i woke up my abs were sore but I could see my upper abs forming and im 130 pounds
    *most likely weighed myself after i ate for my starting weight so im not completely sure this is accurate*

    Doing this for one week
    Day 1: really easy! I Feel good probably because I’ve been doing other workouts lol
    Day 2: I feel a little sore but I did it!
    Day 3: IT BURNS SO BAD but I pushed through it 😭😂
    Day 4: kinda burns and not seeing anything yet
    Day 5: it burns and I’m kinda seeing a result
    Day 6: for some reason the burning feels good 😂and I’m starting to see a change
    Overall it worked for me and I got results !! I do it three times a day and started eating healthy as well as getting lots of sleep !

    Weight - (I haven't weighed myself for 3 months, so idk my real weight, but i think its around 115lbs)
    I have a flat stomach, but I do have some hip dips too. My figure is naturally an hourglass, so once I get rid of those love handles/hip dips, I can't wait to see how I look like!

    Day 1 - ✅ it burnedddd!!!!! I didn't know how to do those 4 plank ones, so I didn't do those
    Day 2 - ✅ didn't do the 4 plank ones :) BTW, I'm also doing another video to get rid of my small love handles/hip dips. paused the video a few times because my abs were BURNING, but i didn't give up!!! this workout also burns the thighs a bit!
    Day 3 - ✅ So I just woke up and went to look at the mirror and OMG!!!! I can def see results!!! I have slight 11 line abs, and you can def see them when I turn to the side!! I love this workout! Going to do it in the evening :) Just finished the workout! it burned!!! and I obv took some breaks, didn't do the 4 planks :)
    Day 4 - ✅BURNEDBURNEDBURNEDBURNED!!! I tried doing the planks, and I noticed in the mirror that my abs are a bit more defined now(but not very defined) Trust me, you might start to see results in 3 days if you do the workout correctly!!! Also, my love handles have reduced, and when I wear jeans/leggings they don't show up AT ALL! (I had small love handles to begin with tho, but now they've have reduced and I have only some left) I can see my hourglass figure, as my shoulders are the same width as my hips, and my waist is significantly smaller. (My hips are like 36inches, top hips is 34 inches so) I also tried on this sweater today and looked in the mirror, I can totally see the hourglass figure! Even my mom complimented me on it ❤️😃

      I see a small change
      My waistline was about 68 at first, after 14 days of training without eating, 66 without eating it increased to 67 to 68. I don't follow a diet, sometimes snacking a lot so it doesn't seem effective. But if you eat it on a diet you'll definitely get a big change. Well, my abs are grooved and a little firmer, but I still have a lot of fat so I need to eat well soon, I'm currently studying for exams so I can't cut starch. I encourage you to do this exercise.
      I have a new update for you guys, my waist when I just woke up a little hungry is 64-65. amazing !!!
      Before did this excercise i had done 14 abs' chloeting .

    Okay so I did this workout for 1 month, 5 days a week and I’m pretty happy with the outcome. I didn’t get the abs that she had, but my waist looks much more feminine and my abs are toned! I’ve always had a flat stomach so idk how effective this workout will be for those who have belly fat. I’d totally recommend this workout for those who want to lose weight and have a nice stomach! (There’s no clickbait!!!)

    Wow I have been doing my ab workouts based on CZcams videos for a good year now and this one has been one of the only ones where I’ve enjoyed the burning in my abs and really felt it working my abs! If you’re thinking of doing this one I definitely recommend! Gonna be showing my progress on here for you with updates!!☺️
    Day 1✅: definitely sweating lol but it feels good!
    Day 2✅: hurts a lil more the next day but I pushed through it!
    Day 3✅: already starting to feel a little more confident just from staying consistent with it!
    Day 4✅: had to push myself through but I do find this work out helping with my bloating 4 days in already!

    i’m going to try do this one everyday. i’m also doing arm workouts, sometimes a daisy keech ab workout and sometimes extra exercise like walking. i’m also going to try cut down slightly on unhealthy foods.
    starting measurements:
    15 y/o 174cm waist: 27 inch weight 59kg
    not toned at all - very flabby in places too.
    day 1 ☑️ gonna skip the plank bit for now
    day 2 ☑️ I took a 4 day break bc i had visitors but now i’ll do it most days
    note: i have chronic fatigue so it’s hard for me to find a good time where i can workout but hopefully this will build my stamina and strength!
    Day 3 ☑️ getting easier! enjoying it too
    Day 4 ☑️ ☑️ done it twice
    Day 5 ☑️ ☑️ done twice again, starting to feel ache in my abs
    Day 6 ☑️ my waist looking slightly slimmer!

    Been doing it silently for 2 weeks and yes this works!!!!!! I do have rest days. I dont diet.I eat anything in moderation.

    I’m gonna be doing this twice a day and eat healthy! My waist size is 24 inches !
    Day 1:✅ it was really hard!😃 but ik it’s gonna get easier later on so it’s fine, just cry through it yk 😭 I felt refreshed and nice after the workout though!
    Day 2: my stomach was sore so I decided not to do it today
    Day 3:✅ it was definitely easier then day one, still a little sore though

    I've been doing this for five days now. I can definitely see the lines. It definitely works. It's not making my waist smaller or anything you can just see the lines. There is still flab and i'm not getting a flatter belly so far. I'll update
    So i did it for two weeks and i could definetely see a difference. But as soon as i stopped. They went away again. And honestly i don't want to spend the rest of my life working out ever day so.

    okay I'll give it a try. Waist: 63cm, butt: 85cm.
    Day 1: this workout was not too hard since I usually do cardio ones. Felt great. I also did an intense butt workout ✨👋😝
    Day 2: I started to feel the soreness in my arms, abs and butt. I did another 11 abs workout from a Chinese girl, not from Angela. Turned out it was not so intense (not up to my standard) and there were a few exercises requiring me to press my butt against the floor quite a lot, which I hated.
    ~ I did a “Quarantine butt workout” from the girl in red workout outfit. The butt felt could feel the pain to the core, which was great! 😍✨❤️
    Day 3: rest. My arms, my abs and my butt felt pretty sore. Whenever I laughed, my abs hurt 😂😝🙏🏻
    Day 4: I touched my abs and it was becoming stiffer. Love that! I did this workout the second time and you know what, it hurt right from the start ✨😭🤣 I think it was because my body, especially my abs, did not fully recover from day 2. I did a quick 10 minute butt workout too.
    Day 5: rest.
    Day 6: done. This workout mainly targets the upper abs, in my opinion. Did a 30 minute butt workout too.
    Day 7: done. Found out I was not doing the single leg in and out the right way. I shouldn’t have rested the arms on the floor while doing it. I also did a 9 minute butt workout.
    RESULTS:
    - My waist measurement is still 63cm 😭 but I don’t really care about the measurement, I want to have that 11 line.
    - My abs starts to shape beautifully. Hope the 11 line will be visible soon hihi.
    Btw, my butt grows 1cm 🤪😆🥳
    - This workout is intense but it’s quite short. More exercises should be put into it so that the results will be seen faster.
    Day 8: rest.
    Day 9: done. Also did the “Quarantine butt workout”, realized it was not as effective to the butt as I thought.
    Day 10: done. I feel like this workout is not too intense, so I have to say goodbye!
    Day 11: I’m sorry Angela. It was a moment of impatience. Rest.
    Day 12: done. I squeeze that abs and it burns so much. I also did the “Quarantine butt workout”.
    Day 13 - day 16: I went to my hometown.
    Day 17: I ran a little bit.
    Day 18: rest.
    Day 19 - day 20: I have to clean my home to prepare for Lunar New Year. My arms have already worked out by cleaning quite a lot so I don’t work out.
    Day 1: after the lunar new year, I got a big belly again. Done.
    Day 2: done, even though it’s sore.
    Day 3: done.
    Guys I’M SORRY THIS WORKOUT IS NOT THAT INTENSE FOR ME. I will have to move on another one.

    Талия 67 см хочу делать это упражнение 2 недели
    1 день: очень больно еще без отдыха очень круто чувствовала как горит моя талия
    2 день: было очень легко мне все очень нравиться
    3 день: сегодня было хорошо не сложно не легко но уже привыкла у меня талия уже 65 см
    4день:я уже полностью привыкла даже выучила упражнение
    5день:время проходит очень быстро и мне тренировка стало очень легкой
    6день:незнаю почему но мне сегодня было больно делать упражнение и сложно наверно потому что я не позавтракала
    7день: я могу сказать что полностью выучила эти упражнение,я очень рада результатам за неделю у меня -4 см !
    8день: я вообще сегодня не кушала и мне было сложно делать упражнение
    9день:сегодня было нормально все упражнение зделала хорошо
    10день:было очень хорошо и легко осталось всего 4 дней и я закончу эту тренировку и сообщу вам о результатах
    11день:урааа осталось всего 3 дня
    12день:сегодня было очень легко осталось 2 днЯ и я скажу результаты
    13день: могу сказать что выучила все упражнение и мне очень легко завтра скажу результаты

    I did it until the second sets and I can see some abs but must important my belly fat literally reduce for like 60%..I'm really happy with my result..I did it halfway but the results impressive me

    I LOVE LOVE THIS WORKOUT SO MUCHHH ahhh like now i see myself in the mirror, i have a smaller waistline and my obliques are so freaking toned when i touch them. The 11 lines on my abs are also quite defined( i have a long way to go before having mine like angela’s) but when i flex them, omg the lines are so beautiful. One thing i super love about this workout is that i’m not in the same position from start to finish like there’s 3 sets in total which ranges from lying on the floor to doing high plank variations THANK GOD THERES NO MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS. My short jeans are so loose now that I have to buy new ones or wear a belt im not kidding yalls you have to do this workout THIS THE BOMB ❤️❤️

      i forgot to mention that i do like 5 other strength workouts as well( 2 more abs workout and 3 thigh workouts) that helps with my progress and results but i feel this workout helps me more on my obliques!

    Guys all i have to say is that this workout is fantastic. It really burn your abs and it works! Just try and you'll see your belly a little more toned. It's really greattt

    I've been doing this workout 4 times along with some other or this+lee sserafim workout for a few weeks and right now, at the beggining i was alredy skinny but i wanted to be more toned and right now i have abs and my whole body is toning. Definitely recoment this ❤❤

      I'm going to do this for 2 weeks, sooo, lets start!!
      Starting waist - 26.9in
      Height - 5 ft 3in
      Weight - (I haven't weighed myself for 3 months, so idk my real weight, but i think its around 115lbs)
      I have a flat stomach, but I do have some hip dips too. My figure is naturally an hourglass, so once I get rid of those love handles/hip dips, I can't wait to see how I look like!
      REMEMBER TO SQUEEZE YOUR ABS!!!! THAT WAY YOU'LL REALLY FEEL THE BURN AND GET RESULTS!
      Day 1 - ✅ it burnedddd!!!!! I didn't know how to do those 4 plank ones, so I didn't do those
      Day 2 - ✅ didn't do the 4 plank ones :) BTW, I'm also doing another video to get rid of my small love handles/hip dips. paused the video a few times because my abs were BURNING, but i didn't give up!!! this workout also burns the thighs a bit!
      Day 3 - ✅ SOOO I just woke up and went to look at the mirror and OMG!!!! I can def see results!!! I have slight 11 line abs, and you can def see them when I turn to the side!! I love this workout! Going to do it in the evening :) Just finished the workout! it burned!!! and I obv took some breaks, didn't do the 4 planks :)
      Day 4 - ✅BURNEDBURNEDBURNEDBURNED!!! I took some breaks, but still finished the video. I tried doing the planks, and I noticed in the mirror that my abs are a bit more defined now(but not very defined) Trust me, you might start to see results in 3 days if you do the workout correctly!!! Also, my love handles have reduced, and when I wear jeans/leggings they don't show up AT ALL! (I had small love handles to begin with tho, but now they've have reduced and I have only some left) I can see my hourglass figure, as my shoulders are the same width as my hips, and my waist is significantly smaller. (My hips are like 36inches, top hips is 34 inches so) I also tried on this sweater today and looked in the mirror, I can totally see the hourglass figure! Even my mom complimented me on it ❤️😃

      Day 6 - Forgot :(
      Day 7 - Didn't do it :(
      Day 8 - done!
      Day 9 - done!

    Day 1=done. Side planks were hard but i did it
    Day 2=done. Not that hard
    day 3=done. i can already see some results. im going to double the workout. remember(NO PAIN, NO GAIN)

    quiero decir que llevo 3 semanas haciendo estos ejercicios, y si que me an servido y dado resultados e notado que se ven más mis abs y que tengo un abdomen más plano, lo único que e cambiado de mi alimentación es tomar mucha agua y no comer tantas masas 😊

    I do a lot of ab workouts from CZcams, from all the famous CZcamsrs. Ofc with results but never ever ever that I felt my abs were sore 2 days after! And like so much results so fast. Today I started with the 14 day ab challenge, cant wait to see the change! Thanks girl👏🏻👏🏻💪🏻

    I'm going to do this for 14 days with some rest days in between!! I'm doing these rest days because she said it's the best way to get results :))
    Day 1: abs were HURTING. for some of the exercises, I also felt it in my legs, which is a +!
    Day 2: the exercises before the first rest were killing me, but I am starting to see a difference already!
    Day 3: REST DAY
    Day 4: probably shouldn't have done this on thanksgiving but oh well :)
    Day 5: seeing a big difference and I even got a compliment teehee.

    Okay so I’m going to do updates!! I started about 2 days ago and already feel a lot better than I use to. (I do this exercise with other ones as well btw) btw, all bodies r diff so lib ego urself n just improve for ur own happiness. I’m naturally skinny (very high metabolism), so I’m hoping not to lose weight (I rly wanna gain but it’s difficult) but to tone out bc I have 0 muscle what so over. If my body hates gaining then I might as well attempt to look liek a model😭
    Day 1: Tiring, sore, the last couple of planks feel like hell so I just do regular😭✅
    Day 2: Still can’t do last couple of planks but I’ll do a better attempt tomorrow. VERY SORE, felt more of a burn but I kinda like it. I feel like my bloat ness shows a bit less and I’m naturally skinny so I can now tell where my abs will tone✅.
    Day 3: Attempted the plank more, held through for the first one (L & R) then just went regular. I don’t feel soreness on my stomach...pretty much the same✅
