1. Make sure to keep your LOWER BACK flat on the mat. Only lower your legs as far as possible, so your lower back is not lifting off the mat.
2. Lay your head on the mat, if that's more comfy. Make sure to still tilt your pelvis & activate your lower abs if you rest your head.
3. THINK ABOUT YOUR ABS. It's about the mind muscle connection! Lift your legs with the strength of your abs, not your thighs.

Haha I commented this on one of her original ab workout in 2020 and it got 20k likes which is insane. What I noticed with doing more ab workout is that plank feels very easy if you stick your bum out up a little, but once you straighten your whole body, it does start to feel painful. Also my brother always challenges me to do the plank until the whole video ends and that's when it really starts to be challenging

Within the first three minutes my soul tried to leave my body, but I stuck with it and did not give up. Kicked my ab's straight to heaven. There is no way I would have been able to complete this workout 3 years ago when I first started working out with Pam. I feel very proud of how strong I have become with all of you.

This was definitely a killer abs routine. I think it is the hardest one so far. Thank You, Pamela, for creating this one because I usually do your sixpack abs workout and then lower abs, which takes about 25 minutes. But, this is a perfect video targeting every part. :) My new favourite one.

I honestly can’t do anyone else’s ab workouts anymore because they are just too easy. Pamela’s ab workouts have me struggling after just a few minutes and make me feel like I’ve accomplished something for the day when I complete them (I’ve been working my abs 3-4x/week for three years, so that’s really saying something). I really appreciate the focus on working the transverse abdominis to tighten the midsection, as well as the focus on the lower abs which are difficult to tighten for most women and some oblique work for some shape. It’s nice being able to find more challenging workouts for those of us who are on the medium to advanced portion of our fitness journeys that we are able to do at home. Thank you!
If i had to describe the intensity, I’d say: “Imagine a killer version of the Killer Sixpack”. Those elegant reverse crunches make me wanna scream 😭🤣 13/10 for this video, so proud afterwards

i have been working my abs for around 3 years and I can say that this is literally THE MOST DIFFICULT abs routine that I have done. I had to take 2-3 breaks in between and my abs are literally in heaven right now!!

i can't stop doing it. literally. i've been doing it for at least 3-4 times a week since this video was out. as long as i'm consistent with a healthy diet my abs are definetly getting prettier.
it helped me loose belly fat and get a flatter stomach too. combine it with other forms of daily exersise (walking at least 10k steps, do some 30-40 minutes pilates and at home strenght workouts 1-2 a week) and you'll be proud to see how your body and mind change

Girls, if u are searching abs exercises, this is the best workout for abs, especially for obliques. In one week u will already see the difference, so even if u are not doin other exercises for abs, ten minutes a day of this ones is enough. For me personally, Pamela have the best exercises, they are hard but really gives results. Don't give up and try it! 💪💪

I’m telling you ladies. At 42 and after having a baby I have defined abs after doing Pam’s ab workouts. They work deep into the core and burn like hell for 10 minutes, but so effective.

How much time you were working out?
Hi there. I work out 4-5 days a week doing strength training. I do watch what I eat and drink a gallon of water a day. Just consistency! I do Pam’s ab workouts and glute workouts about 3-4 times a week. They are so effective. Hope that helps. 😊

Man, after doing the pillow abs workout for several times (like 4-3 in total and once a week)...I succeeded in completing all the abs holds for the first time! I did vol.1, felt not tired at all, and here I am finishing vol.2 and still pretty much energetic. Unbelievable. That pillow workout seriously is next level!
