    1. Make sure to keep your LOWER BACK flat on the mat. Only lower your legs as far as possible, so your lower back is not lifting off the mat.
    2. Lay your head on the mat, if that's more comfy. Make sure to still tilt your pelvis & activate your lower abs if you rest your head.
    3. THINK ABOUT YOUR ABS. It's about the mind muscle connection! Lift your legs with the strength of your abs, not your thighs.

    Doing this 2 days before my period is TORTUREEEEE😭 I literally had no motivation to workout today, but i saw you had posted a new video so i made myself get up early and do it. I finished the whole thing shaking and sweating, but im so proud of myself. Thank you Pam!!!❤❤❤

      The way I see it is if you’re having cramping anyway, you’re already in pain so just power through. 😂 That’s what I do anyway. Distracts from the period cramps.

    Omg I can't believe! This is the first workout where I've seen Pamela struggle with the exercises. We can see how difficult this is 🤭. It was supeeerr hard, but my abs are no FIRE🔥. The music was also amazing, it makes everything easier. Thanks for another amazing workout Pam♥️

    I had not been consistent with workouts for the last 1 year. When I tried this for the first time a week ago, I couldn't do half of the workouts properly and had to take some many breaks, this is my 2nd time doing this in a week. And I'm happy to share that I almost took no breaks and could do the exercises properly 😭. So, here's a reminder don't lose hope and give up. Your body has different energy levels everyday depending on the food you had the day before and the quality of sleep. Keep pushing and you will grow stronger. ❤
    Also, thanks Pamela for always killing me with your workouts. 🥹

    Guys this exercise is really fire!!!
    Gonna update yall since many r not:
    Note: ive done this workout since a few days already..
    Day 1: burned a lot, i almost gave up... i also took a lot of breaks in between. I already had a little ab defintion in my upper body but im seeing just a little definition in my lower belly
    Day 2: lil easier than yest but still struggled.. btw this exercise also helps w bloating a lil.. and my stomach looked rlly slim from day 1's exercise

    After 6 tries I finally finished the workout without any rests. The last exercise is especially hard on my shoulders but just barely made it! hardest 10 minute workout I’ve ever done.

    Hallo Pamela, vielen Dank für dieses Workout. Ich bin männlich und auch sehr gut in Form, mache lange und regelmäßig Kraftsport. Ich habe dieses Bauchworkout ausprobiert und habe es gerade so geschafft mit Pausen, Leid und Schmerz. Es war eine echte Herausforderung. Nun habe ich zum ersten Mal seit langem einen Muskelkater. Vielen Dank dafür. Werde nun mein Bauch mit diesem Workout bis es mir leicht vorkommt trainieren. Aber das wird sicherlich dauern. Bitte mehr solche harten herausfordernden Workouts. 👍💪

    I just wanted to say I’ve been doing this every time it showed up in the workout plan, no skips, and at first I struggled with the torture flutter but now I can say I nailed it 😎 not suffering anymore.
