1. Make sure to keep your LOWER BACK flat on the mat. Only lower your legs as far as possible, so your lower back is not lifting off the mat.
2. Lay your head on the mat, if that's more comfy. Make sure to still tilt your pelvis & activate your lower abs if you rest your head.
3. THINK ABOUT YOUR ABS. It's about the mind muscle connection! Lift your legs with the strength of your abs, not your thighs.

Did you ever have a look into cycle-based training?
The way I see it is if you’re having cramping anyway, you’re already in pain so just power through. 😂 That’s what I do anyway. Distracts from the period cramps.
i think after 2,5 years, i finally don‘t have to fear the killer sixpack workout, it feels so amazing! because of that, this one is definitely the next challenge

I had not been consistent with workouts for the last 1 year. When I tried this for the first time a week ago, I couldn't do half of the workouts properly and had to take some many breaks, this is my 2nd time doing this in a week. And I'm happy to share that I almost took no breaks and could do the exercises properly 😭. So, here's a reminder don't lose hope and give up. Your body has different energy levels everyday depending on the food you had the day before and the quality of sleep. Keep pushing and you will grow stronger. ❤

Note: ive done this workout since a few days already..
Day 1: burned a lot, i almost gave up... i also took a lot of breaks in between. I already had a little ab defintion in my upper body but im seeing just a little definition in my lower belly
Day 2: lil easier than yest but still struggled.. btw this exercise also helps w bloating a lil.. and my stomach looked rlly slim from day 1's exercise
I practiced her videos all the time when the covid epidemic hit. I have kept the habit of exercising through her videos for 3 years now. Thank Pamela ♥

After 6 tries I finally finished the workout without any rests. The last exercise is especially hard on my shoulders but just barely made it! hardest 10 minute workout I’ve ever done.
I'm so proud of myself! I didn't struggle as i thought I will. I made it (nearly) trough it without breaks. I train with you since years and with videos like this I especially notice how much it pays off 💪🏼😍😋

Vielen Dank dafür. Werde nun mein Bauch mit diesem Workout bis es mir leicht vorkommt trainieren. Aber das wird sicherlich dauern. Bitte mehr solche harten herausfordernden Workouts. 👍💪
