- r/Pettyrevenge In today's episode, OP was dating a boy for years until she found out that he was cheating on her! She started chatting with the other girl online, and the two bonded over trashing on their now ex-boyfriend. Pretty soon, they became bffs and started spending all of their time together. OP lost her boyfriend but gained a best friend! Now, the boyfriend has to endure constant ridicule from his two ex-lovers.

The one where he took ten years to get some petty revenge is hilarious. I'm glad all the other siblings agreed to play along!
Imagine he had less siblings
@@FabioKun no imagine he had 11 siblings
OP who became besties with her boyfriend's other girl: ma'am, I salute you for escaping that situation with a new close friend.
It reminds me of the movie "The Other Woman" (2014). So enjoyable! đ©
@@jgw5491 love that movie
I agree
Honestly it would be better if they were dating lmao. I saw a story on Reddit that I hope is true of a girl who went to a shrimp club her bf cheated on her all the time at and she became good friends with the girl he always saw and got dances from then they started dating. Knowing Reddit tho it could just be made up.
I was in a relationship just like that, sadly. Unfortunately, she and I were not friends for a long time afterward. He told her and all of the people who would eventually become my friends that I was a money grubber. She believed him, but everyone else learned better when they got to know me. He probably told people that so he could justify in his mind treating me the way he did.
The two jilted girlfriends allying themselves against the cheater is ALWAYS what I am rooting for, and this is maybe the best I could ever hope for!
Him: "I'm not interested in you."
Her: "Okay, I feel the same."
Him: *And I took that personally*
My ex husband did this to me lol
He had post nut syndrome
Couple: "We hate your decorations!"
OP: **Adds more decorations**
Couple: "You weren't supposed to do that."
I knew that this first story had to be Australian. Only us Australians can have that much patience and pettiness
LMAO
Wouldn't that make your country a rival with Canada? I heard they're experts on being apologetic.
.
That last one reminds me of my wife when we first met. My wife grew up in a very conservative household that had very specific gender duties and reinforced a females' "Place." While I did grow up in a crazy multigenerational home, I learned very quickly about the importance of standing up for yourself. My wife went from a very quiet and shy girl to a reserved but strong woman that isn't afraid to talk a jerk down. Now, she's taught me to be calmer and more rational in dealing with other people, she knows that she's strong enough to deal with anyone that gets in her way, like that jerk in OP's post.
I like your beard

I like the cheated on women becoming friends. Very mature on both their parts to not blame each other for his shitty behavior like too many women do.
Looking at the ugly old pots in an old box fills dad with DETERMINATION.
That 1st story reminds me of a box that my family uses for EVERY occasion that involves exchanging gifts (birthdays and christmas), with the expectation that you use the box to put something way smaller inside of it. My favorite is to put one or two gift cards in there, making sure one of them is hidden inside XD
My Grandma does this gift that one of us "kids" get every year. It's a small 8"Ă8" box that she wraps a chain and small padlock around so you can't open it without the key. You have to go through like 20 different layers before getting to this box and inside there is usually a gift card for $50 or something of similar value that's small enough to fit in the box
Reminds me of how we would sometimes wrap small gifts in big pillows, lol.
We have a bunch of small boxes that we WERE going to ship cookies in, but the business never got off the ground, so now every year, everyone gets at least one of those boxes. After 5-6 years of this going, and they STILL don't remember how to properly open them.
My family has a similar tradition. Every year a male family member would get a gift in the Motherhood box

From the way op wrote the story, OP was the side-piece, and the other girl was the main girlfriend.

My aunt is a total b**** when it comes to being around and Christmas is the best time of the year for my dad to get a little petty Revenge / pranking in he did last year make fake package with a tupperware full of broken glass and wrapped it up in a box and gave it to her. But right before it Made it to her hands he dropped it in front of her sounding like he broke if very expensive piece of glassware inside. We all burst out laughing realizing that this was Dad's plan all along
Hahaha! Nice. đ€Ł
My mom literally always offers a promotion to a management position at a different branch to the people like the subordinate at her work. They always think they've outsmarted her until they get to their new position and realize how good they had it before along with how much smarter my mom played their games when they didn't even realize she was playing until she had already won. Like OP said; don't assume you are smarter than people you don't know.
My fiancĂ©eâs aunt is the same, has gotten a few people âpromotedâ or moved sideways to jobs that no one else wants but might pay a little better. Itâs genius because no one can come back at you since youâve technically helped them.
Last time I was this early, Margaret hadn't given away her ugly pots yet.
I think you misunderstood the funeral story. OP wasn't cheating on his GF at his grandmother's funeral; He was taking his ACTUAL GF to his grandmother's funeral. OP was his side piece which he was using to cheat on the real GF. That's why he never introduced her to his friends, and kept her isolated at his home.
As a young single person who owns majority equity on my house the older neighbour rage is real. I keep being accused of things that Iâm not doing but they are and the previous owner warned neighbours âa coloured was moving inâ (Iâm not in a country where thatâs an accepted term)
Last story: I like how OP's response to this Misogynistic Bastard is; Congratulations, you're ignored
Nope OP you didn't become friends with THE mistress you WERE the mistress
The first story was honestly pretty wholesome
That 10 year revenge plan was actually very wholesome! Loved it đ
no no no the guy didn't use his grandmas funeral to cheat, it's that he already had an "official" girlfriend who he had to take instead
women supporting women âš
we love to see it đ
The store manager job reminded me of a story about Arnold Schwarzenegger and Sylvester Stallone. During the height of their rivalry as action stars in the early 90s, Arnold, who was looking to do more comedies, was approached about the movie, âStop! Or My Mom Will Shoot.â He read the script and knew the movie was terrible and decided to himself that he wasnât going to do it. Stallone was then approached about the role. He called up Schwarzenegger and asked him if he had been approached about the movie. Schwarzenegger said he had, and he was thinking about doing it because it was a brilliant idea. Stalloneâs agent was telling him, âIf you donât do this movie, heâs in.â So, Stallone did the movie, and it of course, turned out to be an absolute bomb. He later learned that Schwarzenegger tricked him into it.
Plot twist: the ugly pots were actually worth lots of money without people realizing it.
When two team up against the cheater, the cheater knows they had nessed up.
If someone did the thing in the first story to me, I'd be overjoyed that they went through all this effort to get me a seasoned mathom.
Which they obviously did because they knew how much of a Tolkien fan I am ^.^
RSlash. You have no idea how much you helped me today. My dog passed away in my sleep and your video really helped me. So thank you. Keep doing what you do.
Oh no... Stay strong Sam! Remember, you've given him/her all the time you were together as a best life he could have had, he/she was happy till the last moment because of you. I am sure the dog misses you as well! It's okay to be so hurt by this. They're something we don't deserve. Take care of yourself now, you matter too!
@@anna8328 I know...it still hurts tho. I had her literally half my life. She was 10 and I'm 20.
I loved that last story, as I previously worked somewhere that had the same type of atmosphere. But the title-story was karma at its finest!!!
First story sounds like a Christmas tradition my mums side of the family had going on for a couple decades! My great grandmother on my mums side had a friend called May, she was very unique. Ended up giving my great aunt a photo of herself in a really ugly frame for Christmas one year. May passed not long after. My great aunt the following Christmas gifted the photo with the frame to her sister the next year. This ended up becoming a âpick a name out of the hat and you get the photoâ between my nana, her 3 sisters and brother! My nana had the same photo in a not as ugly frame and thought it was unfair she always had a copy so it got printed on a tshirt and thrown in our family secret Santa presents so the cousins and second cousins also had a chance of getting may for a year! This lead to the entire family hoping they would not get a May present and letâs just say the family got creative in hiding her! I made a Rubin cube myself and also edited her into a Star Wars photo with the caption âMay the force be with youâ on it! We had a paint by numbers, a calendar and more! My nana got the tshirt back and turned it into a pillow! My aunt, who lives in another country so canât be with us at christmas as often, even has a photo of May in a snow globe magnet on her fridge! Unfortunately due to Covid and my extended family being all kinds of crazy we havenât done this in a couple of years but was a highlight of my childhood and I just hope to not see that photo of May ever again!
Also helps that the first story weâre aussies and weâre all Kiwis!,
So awesome xD
I had a boss like that years ago when I was an ops manager for a 3rd party logistics company. I had to book a hotshot (a dedicated truck just for that freight, nothing mixed or other stops) last minute for our client so I called the operations director for approval which I got. The next day, the program manager over the IBM contract who was also my boss kinda but not really cc'd the operations director trying to make trouble for me as she had done several times before complaining that I had no business taking it upon myself to authorize a hotshot without her approval (it cost a lot of money). The ops director replied cc'ing the company CEO and said "I approved the hotshot, he called me and asked for the approval because I am his direct supervisor, you are not". Whoops.
When women refer to eachother as "my wife" when they're not actually a couple it's just the truest type of friendship. I've been friends with my bff since we were 2 years old and we call eachother "my wife".
Um, did that girl whose "boyfriend" was cheating on her not realize that SHE was the girl on the side? Dude had let the other girl meet his family, and he played dad to her son. The other girl was his girlfriend.
Story 7: I don't think he was cheating on her, I think he was cheating on the other girl WITH HER without ever telling her.... Remember the other girl had been introduced to the family, Taken on date after date while OP was hidden away. He was quite Obviously Openly with the other Girl, I'm glad they both dumped his cheating ass... >.>
I had similar experience becoming friends with my bfs mistress. I was 19 at the time, except I wasnt that naive, I picked up on what was going on really fast, we were together for maybe 5 months so I wasnt that emotionally invested yet. And since this was the time when everyone was on facebook, I saw her replying on some posts and chatting with the group, so I got in on that. Eventually we chatted a lot and I publicly on fcb invited her to one of our hang outs, me, her the bf and a few other friends from the group. He or his friends couldnt say anything obviously. I will never forget their faces when I showed up. the bf was actually kinda acting like a toddler and was kinda mean to everyone during the evening, sulking around, cause "he was in a bad mood", I snapped back at him when ever he was mean to her, and her, me and another friend had a great night together. We were good friends for a few years, we both dumped him obviously, and nothing happened between us, life kinda just got in the way and we grew distant over time busy with our own lives after she moved to a different country.
Canât wait for the rslash never mess with the IT guy shirt
That ex boyfriend kinda deserves to be alone forever. Heâs an idiot to use his grandmaâs funeral as an excuse to cheat. Glad OP was able to find a friend, break up with him, and find someone who isnât a cheater.
They were together before the funeral, it just took the funeral for her to realize there's another one.
My family had "THE BRICK".
"THE BRICK" was a small red brick you would find on the side of a house but was incased in crocheting that my grandmother did when us kids where real young. "THE BRICK" was a gift from my mother's mother to my mother as a door stop to keep a door open. The tradition started to be given from one of my parents to the other parent. But then us kids got involved. The idea was to make a light gift heavier so one can't guess what the gift was. Every year at some point "THE BRICK" would disappear from the door that it was ment to block open and then everyone would know that it had been gifted to someone.
My sister and I have reused the same birthday card for almost 40 years. Every year we scratch out what the other has written and try to one up each other, it's hilarious. Regifting can be awesome if the right people are involved.
The Christmas one reminded me of Fred the Christmas Gargoyle (if you havenât heard of him, look it up, a wonderful act of petty revenge).
I love that first story, I can definitely see me an petty siblings doing this đđ

I did the exact same thing as the second to last story!! I was the other woman, I'd never wanted to be that EVER. From what he told me, him and his gf were over for months (hid baby mama btw). Anyway, we both dumped him, I helped her move out, and I help with the kids sometimes.
I'm that op. I f*** live for that

Story #1 Is how some family heirlooms are made... The only value is in the story that goes with the heirloom.
I have no problem telling a coworker, or the damn site manager for that matter to get off my back. I've done it a few times with something along the lines of "you got an issue with me? Because we can go solve it in HR right now if you don't get off my ass." I think it has something to do with prozac in the early 90s and how it almost completely turned off my ability to fear being fired or something. Or maybe it's along the lines of "If you didn't need me then why do you have to pay me?"
Early today! Need these stories todays. Having a bad day at work, sleep deprived, and allergies are to the max. Thanks Rslash!!
damn! these are some good stories!

We have a family tradition where we re-gift unwanted gifts for Christmas. Every person brings one and has to take one back at the end of the evening. It has to be sth that isnât specifically bought for the occasion, but sth you already possess and want to get rid of.
Itâs super fun and sometimes you even receive sth that you actually want to keep - and if you donât, you re-wrap it for next year.
I love a dose of petty revenge on a Friday morning! *sips coffee*
Happy Friday RSlash!
it's alright, you got this man :)
Twist ending, the ugly clay pots are insanely valuable.
Iâm really confused, how is that first story interesting at all? I gave sibling pots. Sibling regifted me the pots. Then we all spend ten years pointlessly but super obviously passing the pots back and forth, and somehow sibling is super shocked when they get the pots that have been moving along the family tree. Am I missing something? Cause this sounds about as awesome as âmy sister coughed in my direction once, so fifteen years later I drank the last glass of juice!â
It's a weak story, it's entertaining to people involved, someone shared it to just make others smile, rslash is empathic and when reading story like this he gets entertained because he sees himself in this position of receiving and gifting it and finds it cute. It's a tiny story, it's a cute story. It's not big if a deal and it's entertaining if you're invested other people are happy.
@@anna8328 makes sense, I thought I had to have missed something, or maybe this was so uniquely foreign or something that made the situation unexpected and hilarious. The siblings just not smart I guess, lol
i swear i thought that cheater story was going to end with OP and the Mistress dating đđ

In the "angering my ex" story, OP is the not the gf befriending the mistress. She is the mistress befriending the gf. Still a funny story though!
Your boyfriend canât have a mistress only your husband can. Otherwise itâs a side chick lol
Seriously? Cheating is cheating, who cares for strict definitions, LOL?
1st story went from petty to pro to petty in less than 5 minutes, but also in a decade, all at the same time. talk about next level
lmao 10 years for one joke, thats fricking amazing.
My Mom's friends do something like the regifting in their friend group of a Christmas goose whose ugly and its neck is broke (it came that way). They find it funny. They also like save xmas Christians cards they got from each other. Then wait a year, cross out their name, and sign theirs with the year on its. Its kinda a fun thing they do. They do give out normal gifts to each other and gag gifts as well. I need to learn from these old ladies. They make gift exchanges so much fun!
10 years of planning and just a small chuckle I'd be so pissed if I was orchestrating that for just a small chuckle.
Cheating is so f-ing sad.
Similar thing happened to me, the guy using his dead grandmother as an excuse to cheat is so low and shows no morals or respect. I will never understand the mindset of some people.
14:00 rSlash, you kind of misinterpret the situation. He was already a cheat and OP was the side piece. When his grandma died, following his logic, he would take the "official gf". It's not a new excuse to cheat.
He didn't. He gets it. He just sees that both of them are being cheated on, it doesn't matter which was one was the "rightful"girl and which a sidepiece, both think they're the only ones, both are being cheated on and Dabney gets it.
Thanks for the stories rslash.
"the pots" - um we have a christmas fuitcake. That poor MFO has been in and out of freezers for 30 years. It's currently in mine.

14:12 sounds like he was tag teaming before that, but since he could only take one with him to the funeral...
"Don't assume you are smarter than people you don't know.". I was taking Calculus I, and one of my classmates bragged that she had never met anyone as intelligent as she was. I told her to enter math contests, and she would meet opponents that would leave her in the dust. (I like playing guitar and singing, and I met several people who went professional, and learned a little of what it takes to be a professional musician) Anyway, she never progressed to Calc II or any other math or engineering course. I now call this brand of Narcisism DJT syndrome.
At this point, we need "Never mess with the IT guy" merch so the world understands XD.
"Hey Adam! Did the middle of my sentence interrupt the beginning of yours?"
Those kind of people make me stabby.
Men interrupting or downright ignoring women is a long-standing thing. Every single time it p**ses me off. Men seem to be oblivious that they're doing this. I'm in my 80's and this has been going on my entire life and I can guarantee I have more education than most of these men. Men will never see themselves doing this, but they do - and constantly. Men - do women do this?
