Have you ever heard of a country where the police cant video/audio record people and submit it as evidence? or even private citizens ... ie .... sorry that video you took of the robber holding up that bank is inadmissable ... what!?!

Improbable =/= impossible though.
Redbeardian - It’s probably to deter framing people. You could get someone very drunk and make them admit to stupid illegal stuff they never actually did on tape. Vigilantism is also frowned upon in some places, because citizens might do crazy dangerous stuff for the sake of justice.
It is silly but I understand the reasoning behind it. That being said, I'm kind of amazed there isn't some permissions for people like a Private Investigator.

I can’t believe she thought she could get away with that. Like. How selfish and stupid can you get? She was denying EVERY leave request? What? She thought that she and her clique were the only ones who deserved leave?
BlaydGraves I recently moved into one of these types of accommodations within an apartment building but I’m really high functioning so I catch every little thing that goes on around me. You wouldn’t believe what some people think they can get away with. For example the residents are broken into 3 separate teams but that’s only applies to staff that usually work directly with us you can have two people on different teams in one apartment like in my case I’m on one team and my roommate is on another. When I moved I’m my room mate was already a resident in the building but in one of the apartments that are for those that require more care and are generally more physically disabled and lower functioning. So when she moved in with me they just switched her over but the room in my apartment was smaller then her last one and the connection for her cable box was outside her room so her current cord was to short. I also at the time had my internet box connected to it by a Fairly long cord. One of the staff from her team told her she would get her a new one and left nothing was done about for a few weeks even though my roommate kept mentioning it to them. Then one day her staff and one from my team both just barged into my apartment without knocking or consulting me and proceeded to in hook my internet box and take the cord attached to it to hook it to her tv without even asking for permission right in front of me when I protested they said I had to be more accommodating and that it was a cheap and easy replacement saying my 10ft cord would only cost like 10$ when in reality it was more like 40. They also claimed it was just a temporary fix they then hooked my internet box to another outlet that had an only 1ft long cord in it so my box was basically hanging from the wall. I reported this but it still took weeks to fix and in an attempt to quicken the switch back I bought a cord the right length for her that cost me 10$ and tried to tell her staff this but she wouldn’t even give me the time of day and just brushed me off refusing to talk to me. A couple weeks later my roommate said she was going out to buy a cord I told her I had one she could use and she didn’t need to go out. She went and told her staff this and she just flat out refused without any explanation. Since then if I run across her all I get is a very disparaging hello from her. I haven’t seen her in awhile though so I’m not sure if they let her go or just reduced her shifts/ moved her to another building.

Nah, it cant be called nuclear revenge, to fit the category of nuclear revenge it should be that the person didnt use any legal stuff(snitching someone) to bring down an individual or group really hard. It should be he/she did it within his power (e.g using your position to bring down another people)....

The last story upsets me because I sued to work for a company that would refuse leave to some staff members because they hadn't trained anyone else to cover their shifts. Sadly there was no CEO white knight to save them as all the managers all the way up to food chain were friends and ultimately their solution was to try and get any people who complained fired. When one of the people contacted a union the company offered the union rep a payout if they could get the staff member who was complaining to accept a seventh of what they were entitled to as a payout to leave. I know the person eventually suffered massively form depression because of it.

For the second story, the prosecutor has to press charges. Its their job.
And it was probably in a country where things are decided by judges not juries. A jury would have very likely acquitted him even though he actually had broken this law.
And I imagine the fine he had to pay was on reduced charges as well. To have the video, they can't drop them, but they can lower them to a minimum for that kind of crime

The last story pisses me off so much, I work in a group home for developmentally disabled adults and the thought of those kinds of people around my residents makes my blood boil. There’s no doubt that the clique sucked at their jobs. You don’t short the home by 4 workers during peak leave times just because you all want to hang out. I hope they all get fired
Story time
So me and my friends started this minecraft realm and the beginning was ruff as all worlds start out like that but we started to team and there was 2 teams a “The North” and a anonymous i was first apart of the anonymous we will call it team A but after they were starting to betray me i moved to “The North” Team B. I spent 10+ hours working for my team including diamonds and blazerods and fishing. Then the other players of Team B got on the realm. They started to get out of hand burning a forest and then they started to kill me. Keep in mind the coordinates were 1500, 70, 4000.
After a few times i killed them once and they destroyed my bed and kill me (forcing me to go to spawn). When i get back my whole base is burned including chests. So i got pissed and left the server. When i got back they tried to kill me but i got away and left the server again and waited 6 hours until 1:00 am. I hoped on the server and saw the damage and i was pissed. So i grabbed a couple buckets and went down to get lava. I spent the next hour and a half burning and exploding everything, houses, farms, villages, a mansion, and the forest. Lets just say when you saw the world it looked like 2b2t. Then i left the server and headed to sleep to wake up to 60+ messages on my phone and ngl ive never smiled so much. Keep in mind everybody spent equally 15 hours on the server and 8 players 15x8=120 so 120 hours wasted in 1 1/2 hours lets just say i got the last laugh.

When my cousin was staying with us, she always had her boyfriend over. Which my mom didn’t mind because he would always play video games with me and my brother (which was how me and him got introduced to God Of War) he showed up one night with a broken nose, bleeding down his face. He said he was jumped. Later we figured out it was a coke deal gone wrong
The last story was horrifying. My mom has worked at an institution where they cared for the mentally disabled. They can't defend themselves if you mistreat them. They have no chance. It's like bullying a baby. At places like that you hold each other accountable because the patients can't, and family that comes visiting likely won't notice if there's abuse going on.
Moral of the story: Don't harass the sister of a private investigator.

That last story hits home because thats what I do. The bs that the good workers go through is unreal and its always our guys that suffer. It sucks. Im constantly picking up where evening shift left off (im night shift). Like shaving one of the guys in the morning when evening was supposed to do it. Or ensuring that the same guy doesnt have dirty clothes stuffed into his drawers because he doesnt want you to find out he had an accident. Its so hard to keep up with when no one else helps.

I work in a psych care unit as a nurse let me tell you….. that is EXACTLY what happens all the time. My manager and her favorite employees all take the same time off every year during holidays. It took me a minute to figure it out but I went straight to the owner after that. The owner owns about 5 houses. So my manager usually has pull over the owner but I kept my receipts and now, I get most of the days off that I request. Now I’m trust no one (manager) in HC!

I've been a caregiver for years now and you'd be surprised how many people don't fully care about the clients in their care. They just wanna do as little work as possible and get paid.
*Unpopular opinion time:*
If anybody beats, abuses or murders a disabled child, they should get the death penalty.
The disabled child may not have the means to fight back and they may not know what’s going on. By having an adult lack self control and have the audacity to hurt a child, you are allowing a danger to society to roam about. Who’s to say the adult hasn’t done it before? Who’s to say they won’t do it again? Who’s to say that they won’t start attacking adults?
I’m pretty sure that’s a rather popular opinion.

I said that because there was a cop near me who had an 8 year old son who was HORRIBLY abused. The dad (cop) left his son outside in the cold garage for two nights in a row. The son froze to death. I say that the father should die for that crime, but not many people see my point of view.

I worked at a company whose severance policy was two weeks paid if they laid you off, plus one week for every year you've worked. By the time the new owners were laying off hundreds, I had been there 5 yr.s. This was more severance than they wanted to pay; so, moved me to another dept., where I stayed 10 more years!

If you divorce him, you may be able to have the state force him to pay child support.

If that happens he will probably be arrested and you may be able to apply for welfare.

I was treated similarly at my old job at the superstore.
Not only did they keep this one cow on no matter how many complaints she got from others about her bullying, the MJ Thriller reject manager, was an awful person. Her looks match her soul. Nothing I could do when they wrongfully terminated my position due to lack of communication. I managed to go back, but it was a toxic, disgusting, hostile work environment. They were harassing me and always finding every little thing to call me out on. And I'm a sped. These people are truly evil.
