- I went to the local gym hoping to find someone we could film a video with titled something along the lines of Working out with a fan... Met a bunch of awesome people but something about Matt stood out, his expression when we met was unrivalled too, little Did I know how much this guy had gone through. He is such a great guy and his story is so inspiring. Im so glad he was at the gym and the person I got to do this video with. We had an awesome workout and I had a little unplanned surprise in mind after our conversation which left us both a little emotional.

But I've had a bad flu for a few weeks, kicked my ass. Watching this video got me out into my garage to do a shoulder workout for first time in a week. Hacking a lung, but moving blood!

Holy hell 🤯 I just got diagnosed with Spondylosis as well! They finally found what it was after numerous tests. I've been in bad pain in my tailbone area and inner thigh for 6 months now, and I'm only 30, I wanna hit the weights so bad but physical therapy has me busy.

Oh wow. This was one of the most heart warming and inspiring videos that I have seen in a while. I am 47, approaching 48 and have just made the decision to get into strength and building and your videos are giving me so much motivation. Have to wait a week or so to become a member of my local gym but that is what I am going to do. If you could offer me any advice at all as a mature novice that would be amazing.

I am a person who suffered social anxiety and i got bullied in school. All my life i wanted to work to better myself. I’ve quit drugs and alcohol since 2009 and went to get proffesional help. For years i wanted to start exercising but always ended up in complications that i always injured myself and gave up without and fitness knowledge. Reaching my 40’s i somehow stumble into your videos Noel and got the courage to face my biggest fear.. entering a fitness gym. My heart was pounding but i got greeted with so much positivity got back home and cried for the accomplishment and my daughter and girlfriend congratulated me. I got myself a personal trainer and i’ve been at it since November 6 2023. I follow some recipes that you have uploaded and my family loves it. I am seeing so much great results not only from outside but for my mind. Thank you so much Noel for having a big impact in my life. This was a wholesome video.

I've been facing some unexplainable nerve pain and neurological symptoms throughout my body for the past 6 months. Doctors initially believed it to be a brain bleed (luckily MRI was clean) and now suspect it to be MMD or MS (more likely to be BFS fortunately when looking at statistics since I'm 23, but still scary to face since multiple Doctors are unsure)
You're both an inspiration to keep going no matter what life throws at you, I wish you all a happy and healthy 2024 🙏
