Thank you for everything my friend I’m 29 years old 195cm tall and spent most of my early life morbidly obese then lost all the weight in my late teens and spent my twenties way too skinny and a bit over 2 years ago weighed 78kg today I am the same body fat but weighing in at 98kg and have a long way to go still to reach my strongman dreams but without guys like yourself in the community a lot of people like me would be lost and that is priceless… you have earned every enjoyment you now have please thank yourself too
